Charm Length: 10 mm ( .39 inches )
Charm Width: 12 mm (.47 inches )
Chain Length: 18 inches
Chain Width: 1.5 mm
but maybe you did not notice these details on their product pages before you added these items in your shopping cart?

I give them 5 stars because I ordered my merchandise and got a notice that the app I ordered through preloaded my old address so here I am panicking about these earrings I ordered I read there terms where they let u email now normally those company emails you may never het a reply, however this company responded within 15 mins advising they updated it to the address I put in my email no hassle no nothing ! Will be shopping again for myself this time last time was for Christmas for someone else !

Great Customer Service!
So the first time I ordered some thing for my wife, the order was canceled and refunded. I’m assuming that was because it was sold out. So I gave them a second chance and purchased another pendant. Apparently that one was sold out too! But they sent me one that was very similar and had a greater value. They also included a complementary gold chain for my troubles. The wife was very happy with her Christmas gift! Thanks Again!
