The ring is great, looks really nice, well made and the stones are great. The progress pictures sent to me during the production was a nice touch.

My engagement ring was purchased from an ethical jeweller so I knew for certain that I wanted my wedding band to have the same ethical status. Unfortunately I could not find any independent jewellers which offered the style of wedding band I wanted, or if they did, it was unfortunately way out of budget. Due to time on my side being limited, I had resorted to going to nation-wide jewellers to try on rings in-store but it was leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth knowing they were not ethically made, and being mass produced without any care or rapport with their customer.

I had come across Jewellers Loupe by sheer chance when having yet another attempt of looking for an ethically made wedding band on Google (I had been looking online for 3+ months at this point!!). After seeing they were an independent jewellers AND they had a twisted wedding band design in recycled gold and within budget, I quickly checked out their reviews and socials to confirm they were indeed legit! I ordered the wedding band in resin first to make sure the band would fit how I’d like against my solitaire engagement ring, and I was soon sold that this was THE ring I had been holding out for.

I absolutely love the customer service they provided to me, from the little detail of re-confirming the postal address of where to send my resin ring, and later the wedding band, all the way through to sending me an email to advise when wedding ring had been made and was awaiting its final stages of being polished before being sent out to me. I then received another email when the ring was ready to be shipped to confirm I would be at home to accept the delivery the next day.

This experience is the exact reason why I wanted to support an ethical and independent jewellers. They show that they care about their customers and appreciate every order. Little details like this make an enormous difference! Thank you very much Jewellers Loupe, I couldn’t be happier that I had stumbled across your store and finally secured the wedding band I was always hoping for!

Very easy site to use and very prompt service.

Throughout the process I was kept informed as to what was happening and expected timescales.
My ring was finished ahead of schedule and I was contacted to ask for the best delivery. It arrived on time in luxury packaging which made the whole thing feel more special.

The ring itself is stunning. I ordered the wishbone band to sit alongside my engagement ring. It fits perfectly and was weightier than I anticipated.

I would highly recommend this company.

I was looking for an 18ct gold bracelet. Had been in various jewellers in Cmk shopping centre but no one stocked them only 9ct gold. Then I was welcomed into the Loupe store and immediately felt welcomed.chloe the assistant manager introduced me to Imran. He Sat me down offered me a drink then brought out some beautiful 18ct bracelets. I tried 3 on and purchased one of them. Chloe came over to see which I liked and offered her opinion too. Imran was so smartly dressed / very smiley/ and also had input in my choice of purchase. Out of all the jewellers I had been into yesterday this was most definitely THE BEST in all aspects. Excellent customer service. Made me feel special and I most definitely will shop with them again.

I'm very pleased with the service are received when I visited Loupe in Central Milton Keynes.

I am looking to purchase a new Rolex watch and the Consultant who looked after me, was both patient and knowledgeable as he showed me around the stores amazing Rolex collection.

Lastly, he was honest in explaining how few watches come into store and the length of the customer waiting lists - all of which is not an issue as it will be worth waiting for!!

The customer service is excellent and I am beyond delighted with the ring. I contacted JL to request a bespoke ring similar to a style on their website but with a larger stone. The communication with Jo at JL was always swift, professional and friendly. They sourced different stones as I wanted some options to choose from, and priced all the different options. My ring arrived exactly when they said it would and is absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. I particularly wanted fair trade and ethical metal and stones and JL do just that. Highly recommended!

I had a ring stuck on my finger and was panicking really badly so i called up and they told me to come down and they’ll see what they can do. I arrived and the lovely lady helped me out and sat me down and got the ring off no trouble !! She was so gentle and patient. I had a great experience purchasing my wedding ring from Jeweler's Loupe. The design itself was beautiful, really elegant, and the fact that the metal is fairtrade means a lot. They were able to produce and deliver the ring to me faster than expected too. Delighted with the service and craftsmanship.
