While I did receive my order I cannot access website to cancel membership I did get a text with a quick response but I have no way to cancel my order or membership no way to even view website. They said they would do it on their end guess I have to wait until next month and see or call card company to cancel. Do not recommend at all

I placed an order with this company almost a month ago, with the assurance I would receive my package within 5-7 days or it would at least be shipped by then. Here we are 27 days later and I am doing good to get a response from customer service at all. They claim they have labeled my package top priority at least twice and they would get right on it. I have recently requested a refund to which I got the response we understand your frustration and someone from our customer service department will get back to you as soon as possible.... I hope its sooner than I got my package. Don't order from this company with an expectation of receiving your package any time in the foreseeable future.
