Hi Jo, I don't say this to embarrass you, but your item was a pre-order item. In the description, it did say when it would be shipped and was due to ship Early August and we actually shipped the item ahead of schedule. we shipped it july 24th and you received it in New zealand July 30th. So to be very honest, it was shipped quicker than it should have been. Sadly its looks by your comment on shipping, you hadn't read the description and understood the timeframe of the charm you ordered, as it's came before the date we had said it would be shipped and a PRE-ORDER item. This must be Understood to Put your review into context for others reading the review. Sorry if this contradicts your comment but we also have to protect our company from misleading reviews

Beautiful and Distinctive Charms
A gorgeous mix of nostalgia inspired and original designs. Some of the charms, such as Jemima and the Forest Amazon Tree Frog, are real statement pieces that can be worn on their own. The charms are great quality and have a beautiful finish. They use environmentally friendly packaging but still wrap everything thoughtfully, it's like opening a gift. Customer service is also top notch. I am looking forward to seeing more of their original designs.
