Beautiful designs but I’ve had my ring for 3 weeks and a stone has already fallen out. 3 days later a second stone fell out. They don’t cover returns fees. They also have crazy short return periods, it has to be shipped within 7 days or I lose my 30 days returns clause… terrible product. Terrible service. They make money on every failed purchase so clearly they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. They also have another trust pilot page that shows them in a better light, clearly not getting a full picture. The company did respond to my trust pilot post asking for more information but nothing ever came of this. Due to deliver fees, I paid £26 to basically rent the ring for 10 days. And the conversation with their customer service was overly frustrating, I was repeatedly offered an exchange despite being very clear that I did not want anything of such poor quality.

Easy loads of choices

Very straightforward creating my item for my soon to be fiance,

Amazing free gifts because who doesn’t love a freebie haha,

Husband ordered me a ring for Christmas. 1st of all it was late arriving.
Within 2 weeks the stones fell out. Contacted them and they reluctantly said they'd offer a replacement.
Then they said they wanted £30 to post the replacement.
We refused stating we would claim full refund for faulty product and just reorder as wouldn't need to pay shipping then as was free.
They agreed to send a new one for free.
Within 1 week the replacement rings stone fell out.
Contacted them again.
Took them a further 8 days to respond and now saying its out of 30d returns, saying that the 30d starts from the 1st ring bought not the 2nd.
Now no one is replying and they won't budge. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! on top of that the jewellery is cheap looking and feel cheap too.

Similar to someone else's issue, item arrived at post office near me (later than it should) but was sent back to sender due to address label not stating my address, luckily I brought it through Klarna and managed to get my money refunded, emailed the company stating the issue, now they are pressuring me to provide up to date address details as apparently they can't arrange for it to return, if they can update them with my address they can certainly do it with theirs and handle the return. Avoid this company like the plague folks

Despite a load of reviews saying the delivery was awful, I did express this to them whilst it was processing and they kept reassuring me which was great and it has showed up on time and in time for Valentine’s Day. Therefore great customer service and necklace looks great!

Easy and simple great price great ring just one thing the gift for first time users worked but i fell asleep with the site open and when i woke up the site was gone i went back on put my email in for the free gift and it wasnt there anymore and i couldnt get it back even though im still a first time customer and its the first time ive used the email

Would give zero if possible ordered wedding set and it arrived small only offered 1p refund would not give return address . Ring very pretty when arrived but communication is shocking after refusing refund or swap ring he said was only getting 1p so avoid at all costs .they will ask you to return but at this point still max would offer was 15 pounds went through bank together refund who were very helpful and said I was not only one to have issues.

Just have to say the jewellery you have appeals so much giving great details and photos plus reviews so that you have confidence when ordering online.

I wasn't sure at first I loved all the lovely products advertised but I wasn't sure about the price till I got given a discount code and a free gift which was so lovely I just couldn't say no.

Great shopping experience, did not expect extra gift that was randomly added with the purchase super cannot wait to gift it to my partner.

dont deal with this company they are absolutely crap at helping and take your money and offer nothing in return when asked to return items (store credit ) didnt buy it with store credit so should be refunded in full not what the company wants its the customer who is right
