eSim installation
I had trouble installing my esim, as I had multiple esims to select from. I had followed the steps on the app and had no luck. I got in contact with the WhatsApp helpline and I was connected to an agent quickly. Nel was extremely helpful and attentive. Nel also sorted out a refund for me, as I had purchased two for the same region, as I thought I'd made an error with the first one. The refund process was seamless and fast. Thank you, Nel.

I had a issue with connection in Seoul.
I wrote to whats up number and Almin from Jetpac help me with all issue. He was very helpfull and had a patient with everything. We went step by step and connection is running well.

The first time to install is always a bit difficult, but the help assistance is always there to support until all works, and once is working, new eSims are very easy and work just finw.

It's great to be able to buy an eSIM…
It's great to be able to buy an eSIM when traveling. It could be easier though to install it. I got help from staff which was through Whatsapp and that was really good.

Unwanted duplicate eSIM installation
I had a problem with my first eSIM installation, but the very helpful support was happy to advise me. Although the problem was not 100% solved, I now know that the data connection at the destination should work.
