This company removes any negative…

This company removes any negative reviews somehow.... The do not ship cases in extra protection but dont want new customers to know about it. Be warned I will keep loading reviews about my GENUINE experience until it sticks.

Never sent a sealed case and boosters damaged

I ordered a "sealed case" of Surging Sparks booster boxes, but the case I received had its seal broken and was resealed. To make matters worse, the case wasn't double-boxed, which led to it being damaged during transit. Unfortunately, customer service's response to the issue was completely inadequate.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service provided to you for this order. I have reviewed your order to see what went wrong. I can see from the email communications that your order was received damaged and some small dents were visible on the box after delivery. As this product was completely out of stock to pre-order we were unable to offer you a return and replacement, however we did offer to provide a free returns label for you to ship the items back to us for a full refund. We did not receive a response from you regarding this.

With regards to your concerns over broken seals, please note that when a product is supplied in its original packaging, we will always try to insert a packing slip without breaking the seal. In some instances, cases do arrive with us from the supplier with seals already broken as they also provide packing slips in their orders to us and these must be removed before we prepare for dispatch.

Your concerns have been passed to the delivery team so that we can review our processed and avoid issues like this in the future.

Good price, Bad packaging

Good price, Fast delivery but no extra packaging on their cases. Booster boxes inside the case arrived damaged. Wouldnt buy a case from them again
