Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged. Numerous attempts were made to resolve the issue, and after a number of days supplier replied to email but the issue remained unsolved, with no further communication how the item can be returned back. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered the new Jetblack Victory
Ordered the new Jetblack Victory, but the company are not giving any updates. First there was a delay. Then the delay got a delay. And they provide little to no updates on order status. So at this time, I’m not sure if the delayed delay is getting another delay, or if they are about to ship. And they’re horrible at answering mails, so very difficult to know what’s going on. I really hope the product is better than the service.
