Pictures dont match the description. I understand it may not be possible to upload picture of a plant at every stage but the experience of buying a 300 cms tree which comes as a long stick with few leaves on top, costing 1200 DKK was really not worth it.

Was ordering different things, one thing was missing but took immediate responsibility. Good updates on shipping, good customer service despite a mistake which earns 5 stars.

Always a pleasant experience, the driver accidentally delivered the wrong order and after messaging them they were polite and reassured me the mistake would be corrected. A blizzard unfortunately followed straight afterwards but as soon as the roads had cleared they swiftly delivered the trees I ordered. I've only ever had great experiences with them

It's a lottery. Customer service has unfortunately the tendency to be condescending which is a bit frustrating.

Answer to Jesper after their comment: Unfortunately it's also completely incomprehensible how you can deem these plants we received beautiful when almost every leaf of the lilacs are brown and affected by some disease and the snowball plants are half eaten by caterpillars. The potentilla missed half of their leaves and where thin compared to other store-bought plants. It's far from beautiful plants I must say! Simply cannot understand your answer. Every person we show the photos to agrees that they look absolutely in a bad shape! Do you think we would really complain here openly if this was so untrue? We certainly have not that much time at our hands to complain about beautiful plants. We are not crazy. Thanks! That being sad: we will simply not agree so we will leave it at that. We wish you the best.

The worst experience ever.They send plants with dead branches,without normal root system,bold and don't wait that round shaped pinus will be indeed round-shaped,it will be bold cone shaped.And you will never find the delivery man,not to take these awful planting,even if you will seat next to the door,waiting for him,they will disappear in a second,because they know,what kind of quality of plants they sell.Very surprised how they can have such business.Very irritating and disappointing,frustrating experience.Never,never recommend them to anyone.would like to add here some photos,but unfortunately don't have such variant here😒😏🤨😬😮‍💨

Healthy plants and good customer service

I have ordered trees twice from Jesper’s Plantskole, both times I recieved trees that are less than 1cm think in 90% of the trunk and 2.5 meters tall - very dissappointed ☹️

trees i ordered were shorter than advertized
