Wouldn't serve my dog this food

Wouldn't serve my dog this food. Also the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The place was dirty, workers would cough then handle food. We were at the Gaylord Michigan location. Stay far, far away from this place!

HAIR IN MAYO

Well today was a first for me as a long standing Jersey Mike's girl. I went in to the 529/Elyson location to get several sandwiches and while on the line watching the sandwiches being prepared noticed there was hair, not one piece but several pieces of hair in the MAYO as the employee was trying to fish the hair out of the container. I directed the staff to change out the container and restart my sandwiches as that was not only disgusting but unsanitary. The hair was not long in size they were the length of someone with short hair or eyelashes that had fallen in again just NASTY and gross. The staff was not bothered and very nonchalant regarding the situation. SMH and WOW

Jersey Mike's needs side additions

I used to order subs from Jersey Mike's before they were bought out by a large investment group and the are not the same. The sandwiches have been streamlined with no additions available. There used to be many choices such as onions, pickles, tomatoes, hot peppers etc.. Now each named sub includes specific items. They are smaller and the quality is not as good. Also, they are expanding locations. If your JM's has recently arrived in your area you are fine because you don't know what the original subs were like. A great addition would be the ability to add or subtract the delicious sides.

Went kinda late

Went kinda late. Place was empty and I order a 12 foot steak and cheese sub. It was a hard pill to swallow for 22.00. It was just average but in my point of view way too over priced

The staff were very helpful even though…

The staff were very helpful even though they were busy, I ordered a philly chicken and a large Italian sub, I noticed that the lady making my chicken philly was frying it just before putting it into the sandwich unlike other places I've been to that fry it ahead and then just put the sandwich together leaving me with a re-make type sandwich. The sub was put together quickly but neatly without meat pieces sliding out the sides. And the amount of meat was amazing but not overdone. And any dressing or cheese was carefully applied keeping that first bite from giving us a streak of dressing or mayo on our chins. We will definitely be going there fir further sub sandwich sub sandwiches. Joan Lentini, Brunswick Ga.

Utterly Horrible Software Programming!! You need to hire SIGHTED programmers who know what they are doing!! By the way, this same problems keeps recurring and is NEVER fixed. Bait and switch??!!!

It is impossible to take advantage of their promotions that they keep emailing me. The codes do NOT work!!! I have tried online and on the app and nothing!! Got a response from Subway after I emailed them 72 hours prior to their response. The gal asked me if I typed "Fanatics" into Fanatics.com which makes no sense!!! Fanatics is a sports team store!!! How could I order a sub through Fanatics website???

Good subs, but don't order online

Good subs, but you had best go into a location to order, or you will not get what you want. Trying to order online is a horror show being viewed from within a dumpster fire, because you never get what you expect.

Why is it not possible to build your own sub the way you want online? This is why I only go there a couple times a year.

albemarle nc jersy mikes employs racists

i would give it zero stars and never come back, i was first in line for 30 mins and totally ignored except to laugh and whisper about me, by 2 black girls and one black guy. so i asked if they were going to help me ignored again, except for a white guy in back came up and cut the meat for my sandwich, then while i waited the black guy took my sandwich to use for a phone order he just took, i told him that was my sandwich in which he just smiled so i left, i guess they dont want bussiness from older white men.

I was a ghost

3 employees… walked in to get dinner after work, stood there for actually 6minutes without being noticed or greeted. I finally asked will I be helped soon and one employee said yeah, no other word except yeah then waited another 2 minutes and I was still unnoticed so I walked out.

Typically Jersey Mike is my favoritie…

Typically Jersey Mike is my favoritie as far as subs but I tried the tuna sandwich and was very dissappointed as it was runny, tasteless and underwelming. Gave me a stomach ache after I ate it. Plug the portion size of the amount of tuna was very small. I had ordered based on on-line reviews on how their tuna was above par. Not my experience.

The best customer service I have ever…

The best customer service I have ever received at an airport. They are just the nicest friendliest workers. Well the ones that were here today 02/22/25 at 4pm. Please tell them to never change and keep being nice to every customer.

STALE BREAD

I'm a pretty regular customer and I have to order GF bread. Historically, it has been ok, but the last 2 times I've been(including today, 2/22/25) the bread has been awful. As in STALE. Either don't charge us $2.75 extra OR serve NON-STALE BREAD. What a rip-off. Didn't say anything the 1st time, but if it continues again I'm going to want my money back.
