Customer service isn’t the best
The tracking isn’t the best, i ordered 2 shirts and only 1 came in and the other is missing. I’ve tried contacting them through they’re “customer service” but it’s no use if no one responds back but an ai that says “ will contact through gmail”I just want my money back for a shirt that I never received. The quality of the shirt that came in is not bad. Just disappointed on their services because I was really forward to keep buying from them.

The jerseys I ordered came in a timely fashion and were exactly as promised. Jersey sizes always run small, so be sure to order one size larger - if in doubt, two sizes larger. I would definitely order from JerseyLoco in the future!

Incomplete order and no response to my email
My order took much longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incomplete. I paid for a "mystery jersey" that was never included in the package. I sent an email to report the missing item and to request an exchange for another jersey, but I haven't received any response. It is very disappointing to pay for a product you don't receive and then be ignored by the store. I do not recommend buying here.

I ordered a men's XL jersey and it turned out great! I added the custom number and name on the back, and everything looks/feels excellent. The only caution that I would offer is that sizes appear to run a little small. My XL is closer to a L, in my opinion. Would still recommend!

ORDER NOT DELIVERED
Made an order March 29th 2026 for my son.
One jersey came. One jersey did not.
Repeatedly tried to reach customer support. No shipping update. Requested refund. Cannot get an answer. Would not recommend this company. It's now May 7.
I have now filed a complaint direct to my credit card company for refund. I have responded the order number 264714.
The mystery jersey is missing. Men's size medium. I just want a refund at this point.
