What you see in the product description is not what you get.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I NEVER received the product I paid for. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JEROBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't believe how long it took to deliver the items.
Worst quality product I've ever ordered.
Returns are also an effort with several emails needed to get a return address. To have to organise your own postage back to China (if it was said anywhere that the product was from China on their website would never have ordered)

Let's just hope i get some refund as its going to to random sorting office in China.

Just avoid, they shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Don’t buy - you won’t receive them. Chinese scam

This company gives you a runaround. I purchased something on 11/28 and decided to cancel 5-6 hours later. It’s been 12 days and they keep saying higher management higher management. They also reply with blanket statements that contradict them so I copy and paste their contradictions. When I call them out on the email they ask for my patience etc. Then I give them grace by not replying for 3 days and I am STILL the one reaching out because they truly can’t keep up. I also called them out as a scam and they told me they assure they aren’t because “ “We would never waste anyone's time, money, or effort in such a way. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern that you may have experienced.” so I told them they should re-read what they reply because I have been in this nightmare for 12 days now. Isn’t that wasting my time, money, and effort? I am constantly the one following up. Don’t buy from this company, horrible customer service, and at this point if it isn’t a scam what is it?

Don’t waste your money. False advertising. Not even a newborn can be supported in this ‘shirt’. Shipping took forever. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Be warned. This item is not as it is advertised. Terrible fabric too - not even useful as a rag. Straight into the bin it went. Absolute rubbish.

Ordered pants 36 days ago and still have not received them. Their website says 4-8 days for shipping in the US. Do NOT buy from this company.

My order never arrived, I messaged the company many times and they said my order is sent.
My order still somewhere with no update 6 months later.

Not great. Fabric is thin and definitely does not support a newborn baby. Was expecting this to be more of a fitted legging like material to really bond dad and baby together almost like a sling. Not the case. Don’t think it’s safe for a newborn.

Could not use product. Did not work holding baby as advertised.

Scam - ordered and never received . Am so cross with myself as usually check companies i don’t know!!

I would've put no stars if I was able to. It advertised the water baby sling as a branded 'Waterland' one on their website. It arrived 1 month later so after the time I needed it and it didn't even work or hold my baby properly in it. Poorly made and just wrong from what it was branded as which was ANOTHER brand.

Got a email saying I would receive a partial refund if I leave a review. Don’t care about it here is my honest review: Don’t waste your money, I got the Dad shirt and is so poorly made The baby basically hangs passing my husband’s waist. Bad product totally pointless does not serve the purpose and does not serve to be a shirt.

The material of the shirt was so loose our baby never fitted in the pouch so we never got to use it. Waste of money and it was quite expensive..

Ordered a month ago still hasn’t shown up. The only place I used my card that isn’t a trusted brand. Had fraud on my card. Do not purchase from them.

The Dad shirt would stretch way too far. Our daughter only weighed 6lbs and she would hang down past his waiste. That material was very thin and not what was advertised. Would not recommend

The float they sent was not what I ordered they refused to give me a shipping label to send it back and to get my money back. I woild tell everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE AT THE TIME OF ORDER. Thry still have not given me my money back

I bought 2 of the shirts for new Dad's and they were a total joke. Super stretchy and unsupportive. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I wasted $80+.
