If you want authentic jerk this is the place.
Honestly the first time I ate the chicken it reminded me of my mothers cooking.
The children love the tender meat.
Very fast service 100 percent !!!

The food is outstanding. Everything is on point. The chicken is tender and the flavours is exactly what I would expect from a jerk chicken.
I tried it with the rice and peas and I also tried the punch, both really nice. The punch reminds me of growing up when my mum use to make it.
Jerkhut is the best.

For a start, as a new business it isn’t good to call your customers review lies. What the? I wasn’t slating you at all, I was giving an honest opinion from myself and my Mrs. You clearly can’t accept the fact your food is average. I’m sorry. I never messaged you telling you your chicken is raw and neither was it for a birthday ? I wait 35 minutes for my food. Everything I’ve mentioned is exactly how it went. I find it even worse that you’ve replied with the reply you have rather than solve the issue or address it in a correct manor. But whoever this guy that wanted that refund I don’t blame him at this point. The ratio is correct the timing is correct the random stalk in the food I literally have photos of. It was cold and literally quite frankly didn’t taste of anything few hard bits of rice inside too where it clearly wasn't cooked throughly. I didn’t mention that last time because I thought I had said enough. I’m not a guy that goes to a food place and or needs money that I spend on food I’ve chosen out of my own will to eat, at the end of the day I tried your food and gave an honest review and I’m being called a liar. Me and my Mrs eat out everyday and this food is probably up there with the kebabs on St Helens road. I don’t usually give reviews but this was a must seeing all the fake ones. Have a good day.

I don't tend to write reviews, but this place has to be celebrated. What a labor of love. The food was absolutely top-notch, and you can tell that it's been cooked with heart. If I could order every day I would, but I'm hoping the people of Swansea show up for this business and make sure it's successful, as it's worth it.

Food was real authentic, especially the jerk chicken and rice box. the quality of the food is incomparable, the people are lovely and I’m sure this will bring swansea so much good, big ups keep going 💪

We have been looking for great Jamaican food and stumbled across Jerk Hut, Swansea. The customer service was fantastic, I had a phone call when I was 10 minutes away to confirm that I knew where I was going. I ordered food for 7pm, and at 7pm I had my food in the car.

The food...... Well it was fantastic and the portion size was spot on. My wife even said that it was by far the best take away meal she has had (and I tend to agree)!!

I'm looking forward to seeing more items on the menu! We will definitely be going back for more in the near future!!

Myself and my girlfriend all i can say have wonderful experience tonight with are dinner we ordered online and the I think for the money we payed it was brilliant even know I made a mistake asking for it to be delivered and I didnt realise we was to far for delivery but I had a little phone call from jerk hut and I not going to lie even that was enjoyable pick it up got free wings what more can you say outstanding 10 out of 10 very fresh chicken was outstanding rice and pea was outstanding will definitely be ordered again soon love it lots of love dan

I ordered myself and my carribean family a jerk box with a few sauces each. Authenticity and taste was phenomenal. Delivery was bang on time. I asked for 9.30. I opened my door and got food at 9.30. No complaints at all. The menu is concise and priced generously for the high quality they deliver. Can't wait for the Curry Goat to drop 👏

I've been craving Jamaican food for a while, so I was really excited to hear that Jerk-Hut was opening locally!

I ordered two Jerk Chicken Wings meals for myself and my partner, and we absolutely loved everything. The meals were full of flavour and very filling! We also really enjoyed the hot sauce, coleslaw, and extra vegetables.

I ordered a Guinness Punch too and loved that it was served ice cold - the drink complemented the meal perfectly! 🤤🤤

We were served a very generous amount of food for the price, so overall I honestly can't complain about either the quality or value.

I'd love to try the Curry Goat next! I'd also love to see Plantain and Festival added to the menu! Although I already know they'll be coming soon, as mentioned on their Instagram page.

The website is simple and easy to order from and I like how you can choose a collection time that suits you. My order was also ready promptly when we got there.

At present, Jerk-Hut is operating from a commercial kitchen, so if you're considering a collection order then don't expect a traditional walk-in restaurant or takeaway storefront. However, this didn't affect my experience at all and the collection process was straightforward!

I'll definitely be ordering from Jerk-Hut again! 😁

Absolutely amazing! The jerk chicken was honestly the best I’ve ever had — packed with flavour, perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the food.

The customer service was fantastic too — so friendly and welcoming. It’s great to have a new place like this in Swansea. I’ll definitely be ordering again and can’t wait for my next meal!

Food was incredible. Delivery was very speedy. All the food was hot, drinks were cold and everything lived up to the hype. The chicken fell off the bone and the jerk sauce was phenomenal. Price was brilliant for the amount of food in a portion. Absolutely ordering again ASAP
