I did the Jericho to Jaipur cooking class early December and had a fantastic time learning to cook butter chicken, onion bhaji and naan bread from scratch. The food was fresh and delicious. The class focus on the practical and the instructor gave us lots of useful tips. I would recommend whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cook.

I've just finished a wonderful Indian cookery workshop called FROM JERICHO TO JAIPUR and it was so exciting. I learnt so much about Asian techniques and ingredients, and also about all the different spices involved, some of which were completely new to me. John, our teacher, was clear and friendly, and kept us all on track regarding all the different processes. So much fun - and the end result was absolutely
delicious! I can't recommend this cookery School highly enough!

I attended the Pie workshop and had a great time, learning how to make shortcrust pastry and some very tasty fillings. Emily the instructor was fantastic and Emma and her crew were so helpful. Would definitely recommend and look at doing another course.

I recently attended the Vietnamese Street Food class led by John Fernandez with my daughter as a birthday gift. We learnt a lot, had a very enjoyable time, and ended up eating some lovely food. Emma and the team ensured that those with allergies were sensitively catered for. Thank you!

Very well organised cookery class. Tuition from Ursula Ferringo really excellent - inspiring and helpful. All ingredients and utensils are provided and as the cookery proceeds, the Jericho staff clear up as we go. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I have no hesitation in recommending.

We were a small group of 6, working in pairs. The teacher was great at explaining things, but there was a bit of wsiting around. Lovely food, however - we ate most of what we made! Good as a present for Xmas?

Last weekend I joined the Cooking on Fire class led by John Fernandez and supported by Em and the team. It was great fun and I learned a lot - from making and maintaining a fire, to cooking steaks, preparing dips and making flatbread, as well as creating wonderful vegetable dishes. John was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend.

I have just done Cooking on Fire with John Fernandez. I had an excellent morning. John's knowledge, encouragement and patient teaching was so good. I left with the confidence to BBQ successfully and wanting to know more. Can't wait to go to the next one!

I have recently done the Taste of the Middle East class with Niki Webster. My fourth class with Jericho Kitchen. As always, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I learned so much. The beauty of these classes is that you fit so much into just 3 hours, mainly because a lot of the time-consuming prep is done for you, and then you get to eat it all at the end with the rest of the group! I think it's great value for money. And you meet a lot of interesting like-minded people. I have already signed up for the next one!

The pasta making workshop with Úrsula Ferrigno was thoroughly enjoyable. It was a fun, hands on experience with lots of useful tips and ideas to take home. Getting to enjoy the pasta with the other participants at the end was the cherry on the top. Thank you Úrsula, Emma and the team!

Ursual is so passionate about Italian cooking that it's highly infectious! What a great experience and fantastic bunch of people to share it with.

Regrettably, my partner’s £130 gift voucher for a cooking class was rendered worthless after a mere six months, per their policy. No goodwill gesture, no refund, no willingness to honour the booking—just an impeccably courteous refusal.

Wow, what an incredible day we’ve just had! My mum and I did the ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ course with Ursula, and it was simply fantastic. We felt so welcomed by all the team, and Ursula is so knowledgable and really inspirational - and the food was delicious! We can’t wait to make these recipes at home, and to book on to another course soon - thank you Emma and all at the Jericho Kitchen 😊

Last Saturday, I enjoyed a really fun, informative and delicious Italian vegetarian course with Ursula. She was such a lovely person, really helpful and passionate about the amazing food and techniques. I came away full, and fired up to make my own pasta and combine flavours I hadn't realised I liked before.

I had such a lovely morning making tapas in The Cart. My experience was gifted to me and it proved a perfect present. I would advise anyone considering a course to ‘go for it’. I was on my own but did not feel it once I arrived. It was such a relaxed atmosphere in a lovely setting with a friendly group of people and a very understanding tutor. It was so well organised, too, not least behind the scenes. The recipes are delicious and are certainly things to repeat at home. My thanks to everyone involved for making me feel so welcome.

A great Sunday morning spent learning about and making Tapas! The Cart Shed venue was great, a gorgeous setting with on site parking. I really appreciated the relaxed vibe, quality of expert knowledge and ingredients and most of all, learning recipes I can genuinely make at home for the family - thank you!
