Debbie makes insurance so much easier for me- collating it all together, meeting up yearly to go through the business needs. She makes it a much friendlier yet business like experience

Regarding my last review Jensten did investigate my complaint The outcome was as expected, it was my fault, apparently the call cut off & I did not answer when called back & by coincidence my voicemail failed to work I have experienced no problems with my phone There was nothing preventing them calling me back the next day or since & there was no mention of why the Manager failed to ring me after twice requesting help

A great company to work with especially Debbie Monks, who has looked after us for the last 2 years. Debbie has contacted me and explained everything I needed to know for all business insurance requirements. Hopefully, I’ll be working with her for many years to come (or until I retire)

We are a UK based events company and our insurance broker at Jensten - David Uche - achieved the near impossible, by securing us two extremely complex, competitively priced, insurance policies at very short notice - in Canada. Without David's tireless efforts, the event we were producing could not have gone ahead, so we are understandably extremely grateful for all the work he did on our behalf.

We have been with Jensten and its predecessors for many years and I am very happy with them - in fact, I have never looked elsewhere. This year Muazzez took over our services and we were extremely impressed with her work - not only did she come and see us personally, but she negotiated excellent decreases for us and provided us with sage advice! Mandy was 1st class the difference between people who know their stuff and those in a call centre that say the computer says no is night and day.

She went above and beyond, replying out of hours, explaining all the process clearly, whilst helping me understand everything. Darwin Clayton are a great company who we have dealt with for many years, we have individually dealt with Terry Smith, also over a number of years. He is friendly, accurate, nothing is too much trouble and it's great to hear the same voice and sound advice on the phone still after all these years.

Lees Premier Cleaning have used Darwin Clayton as our insurance broker for several years. The reason is that their charges are always reasonable and the service is excellent.
