Ordered items on January 2, my card was charged same day. 20 days later still no items. Shipping confirmation/Tracking email sent 2 weeks after order linked to nothing. Customer service says the carrier has it. I won’t shop with them again.

two orders placed in rapid succession. the first order never generated an order confirmation, the second did, but never got a shipping update. Two orders outstanding, no confirmation of shipping after two weeks of waiting. Looks like they want to wait until the paypal dispute deadline expires to effectively not ship product. Avoid. This place is a ripoff.
