Jennipr.shop

Jennipr.shop is an Ireland based company, appears to be a scam company according to research on the web that I did after it became obvious that they aren't about to ship an order that I placed on their website.
– 1/29/2023, placed an order, credit card charged immediately. Website claims order shipping time is 6-13 days.
– 2/14, no communication from jennipr.shop, I emailed “awesome customer service” (according to their website) requesting delivery estimate.
– 2/18, no response from earlier email, sent another one requesting the order be cancelled.
– 2/23, first and only communication from this company in response to order cancellation request stating the order is “in transit” and to please be patient.
– 2/27, got tired of being patient, sent another email requesting an approximate delivery date as they claimed the order was “in transit”.
-3/7, still no contact from this company. I let them know I’d be doing a credit card chargeback.
-3/13 Initiated a credit card dispute, got my money back.
