Disinterested garage

Have used this garage for two previous MOT and annual service with no problems.
Recently on two occasions I have had a slight problem with my car so telephoned them for help but they refused to even look at it for six weeks.
I am disabled and rely on my car as it is fitted with hand controls.
Another local garage was able despite being busy to help me the same day.
Subsequently they have had all my business since and I shall never use Jenbar again.
