Plays email ping pong, asked him 13 times now for a refund, still not received, absolute skid mark, stay away

I placed my order on December 25 and have still not received my puzzle or any tracking information.

Absolute scam, stay away. What they tell everyone is that their parcel is delivered even though it never existed. They are indian pretending to be westerners, you can tell by their misspelled names. Yeah thats right im talking about you Kervin!

The concept is beautiful, the delivery awful. It took 2 weks to arrive (as soposed to 3-5 days as advertised). No box, no instructions, o picture to follow. I got the medium size for my 9 yo nephew and I got tiny pieces, some of them broken. An utter desaster.

It’s ok but nothing like the video shows. It came late though I paid extra for fast delivery. The puzzle peace came in the bag with no picture of the puzzle to refer to. Very disappointing as I ordered 5 for Christmas presents.

They deserve less than a star. My puzzle never came and from I've seen in other reviews this is a common thing.

I enjoyed this puzzle. I will share it with my family.

A puzzle was ordered over a month ago (12/12/22) but has not arrived. The tracking claims it was delivered on 28/12/22, but I haven't got it - the tracking details show that it was with a parcel hub in Edinburgh before delivery - I'm in London - so probably someone in Scotland has received a mystery gift. This seems to be quite typical, judging by other reviews, and there doesn't seem to be any way to resolve it, so I'm resigned to losing £20 on this purchase. Avoid!

I love the puzzles that I order. the tracking was good and I could keep an eye on when it would arrive. The puzzles came complete and all the pieces fixes correctly.
I plan on buying more.

At first I was disappointed with the size and tiny photo. After working for a while, I found it very challenging and I was excited every time I put some pieces together.

This is my second order from this company. I knew they took a while to arrive, but I received them in the time frame I expected so I’m happy with that. I also happen to like that they come in little bags with a tag of the image of the puzzle on it.
I ordered 3 puzzles and just completed the second one. The second puzzle is why I’m rating this review a 3 instead of a 5. Sadly, there were a few broken pieces in the second puzzle, plus the second puzzle is smaller than I expected since I ordered it in the medium size (which cost more too of course).
Having said that, I DO love these fun, unique and beautiful puzzles, and yes, I will order from Jeffpuzzle again.

Today I dont have received any puzzle ! You said that it was delivered in my box, but I didn't receive anything. I am very disappointed and angry and ask please To send me another one quickly !

Firstly not in a box with nice picture on the lid .. came in a bag with a tiny card
Secondly I foolishly bought 7 of these my partner loves puzzles and these are different we glue glaze them when finished but 3 puzzles done every one has missing pieces
Contacted customer services and they offered me $5 compensation what an insult
I think they are nice puzzles just a shame this company are rubbish - I shall be claiming all my money back off my credit card company as customer services is now unresponsive- CON ARTISTS DO NOT BUY

really poor quality material, pieces are tiny. Not in a wooden box as advertised, came in a bag. Who knows if all the pieces are there? No good image of finished puzzle. Useless. Total waste of money.

Following on from my previous review I can now comment further:

1. I have emailed the info contact details found with my order and after three further emails I received from the info help section the following:

a. I was sent back copies of my emails sent to them without any comments or any form of response?

Each time I responded asking why I had been sent my own email and asked for my money back.

b. Then an email with a response? Wow. This email told me I had actually received my items according to their delivery partners?

I responded and explained that I hadn’t received anything but perhaps someone else may have and asked for confirmation of the delivery address and a POD.

c. Amazingly enough they responded again telling me to wait whilst they checked with their delivery partners for this information?

That was over a week ago and I still remain puzzled but I have no puzzles or my money back.

Please don’t waste your time or money on this puzzle roulette game of promises and poor service.
