Disappointment at Jeepey customer service
I Bought a Bestop Jeep soft top for £2k. Some of the parts were faulty, The best that Harriet and Paul could suggest (after me demonstrating the faults via video and photo) was to offer a discount on my purchase of replacements. There was then another failure. There advice then was to contact the manufacturer as they had not fitted the top. Harriet and Paul were always polite. But ultimately very very poor customer service.
