Very happy with my experience with Je Eigen Mok. The mug quality is great, customization was easy, and the whole process felt simple and smooth.
Delivery was quick and the mug was carefully packaged.
Would definitely order again.
Was to be honest, super disappointed with the mug. If you get the magic mug, even though the mock up design looks completely black, they dont show how there will be a massive ugly white stripe along the handle. There's a mini line which mentions that the design does not cover the full mug, but it's not clear how big it is. Customer service responded quickly, but did not offer any solutions. I was quite embarrassed to give this as a gift

Jammer om te horen dat je teleurgesteld bent. In onze ontwerp-tool staat dat de ondergrond van de mok wit is en dat alle onbedrukte delen bij het opwarmen wit wordt. Dit om eventuele teleurstelling zoals die van jou te voorkomen.
