I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from JD Sports Italy (order n. 271000009258). I received the product on 17 October.
After about two months of normal use, the right shoe developed abnormal wear on the inner side, making the product unsuitable for normal use. The left shoe shows normal wear.
I visited the JD Sports store in Shopville Le Gru (Grugliasco, Turin) twice, on 18/12/2025 and 29/12/2025. The staff refused to take the product back and told me to contact online support. No written confirmation was provided.
I contacted customer support by email and through the website form, but after several weeks I did not receive any response.
The defect appeared within the legal warranty period under Italian consumer law.
I still hope JD Sports will review the case and provide a proper solution (replacement or refund).
Ho acquistato un paio di New Balance che si sono rotte dopo soli due mesi. In negozio a Grugliasco mi hanno negato l'assistenza e il servizio clienti online non risponde alle mie email da settimane. I am very disappointed with our recent visit to JD Sports Montebello.
From the moment we entered the store, the staff were rude and unhelpful. When we politely asked for assistance, we were treated with attitude instead of professionalism. When we pointed out that the behaviour felt disrespectful, one of the female staff members shockingly told my mother that she should “go to the hospital” and that she “needs medication.” This comment was completely inappropriate and offensive.
Unfortunately, the situation became worse when the manager got involved. Instead of listening to our concerns, the manager defended the staff member and told us that we needed to listen to her. It also felt like the staff were encouraged to ignore us, and at one point they were laughing, which made the situation even more humiliating.
When we asked for a clean pair of shoes, the manager sent the same staff member who had already been rude to assist us, rather than handling the situation professionally. Another staff member at the till was looking at us in a very aggressive way, as if we were causing trouble, when all we wanted was basic customer service.
We only completed the purchase because my daughter really wanted the shoes, but the entire experience was unpleasant and upsetting. As customers, we expected respect and basic courtesy.
We will not be returning to this store

Very disappointing service. I wanted to return a product and ended up paying €10 for a return label. The only free option was to return it in-store. However, when I went to the store, they refused to scan the barcode from my email and insisted on a printed copy instead. Never again.

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers for my kids more than two weeks ago and I haven’t received anything yet.
I have contacted costumer service 3 times but NO response what so ever!
I wonder if I will ever get a reply to all my inquiries?! And if I will ever receive the shoes or get my money back !

I ordered a jacket for my son , he was very excited & I received the jacket with security tag !!!!how they can send it like that .
