Absolutely horrible experience
JD sport in city square-- Absolutely horrible experience, shop is filthy dirty ,staff just walked around not actually helping anyone,got to the till the guy literally made me stand waiting while he put on his lip balm on his lips then proceeded to help the girl beside me while she was already being served by someone else left me standing longer ,rubbish and clothes all over the floor and then they try charge the prices they do like €75 for a 5yr old to have runners!!!

Made 2 orders within minutes of each…
Made 2 orders within minutes of each other first arrived within days and the second one never arrived and I had to fight for a week to get a refund even though it had been a month since I ordered. No need for the back n forth when they should be able to track the order themselves. Then they finally refunded but not the postal costs so had to then chase that also. Really frustrating tbh, probably won’t buy off them online again. Plenty of other sports retailers with same items

I find JD has an excellant store
I find JD has a excellant selection, it caters for all ages, once you place an order you get regular updates on your order status, your order always arrives on time and if you need to make a return they make this a very easy and straight foward process

Part of my order was refunded to me and…
Part of my order was refunded to me and when I went to check online it was still available. I contacted the team to which they did come back to me to confirm the item was still available. When I went to reorder the item again it was gone. Very disappointing as it was a set and the fact the item was available. Other then that everything came on time and quality was perfect.
