Cold called and pushy
Cold called trying to get me to have a virtual meeting with one of their specialist. Told them I wasn't interested 3 times and they still tried to push for a date so I just hung up.

Overly pushy, aggressive
Overly pushy and refused to take no for an answer. Refused in the cold call to give me a minimum cost or tell me if there was a retainer, so I checked on their website. Their min cost is £850 pcm according to their website which includes a £550 pcm retainer so I called to cancel the meeting. Someone then called me back and put the meeting back in their diary despite me saying several times I wanted to cancel it. The lady was rude and aggressive; not a company I would be happy to work with - if that's how they treat me then that's how they'll treat our clients.
