We are currently digging drainage in the garden and needed underground pipe. My husband rang JDP and was extremely impressed with the help and advice given over the phone. As a result we bought 50 metres of pipe at a very competitive price. We collected the pipe from the firm and found everyone friendly and accommodating . Chris dealt with us and couldn’t do enough. The pipe is good quality and a great price. We highly recommend this firm for customer service and value for money.

Very poor company, I bought from them end cap for perforated pipe. It was smaller than they advised on website, they refused to refund it. Delivery also took too long, I had to remind them to send the item, as they forgot to send it.

I called my local branch in Hereford and spoke to a rather uninspiring sales assistant. I wanted to order a field drain to collect.
The assistant said they didn't have any in stock in the size I wanted. I asked if they would be getting them in to which he answer that he didn't know. Finally, he agreed to find out and call me back. Two days later I called again, not having had the call back. The same uninspiring assistant answer the phone and when I asked again about the order, he said 'oh yeh, we can't get it in that size' no apology for not being able to help or for not calling me back, just "computer says no" attitude.

The older member of the Alfreton branch is very rude and arrogant, we went Monday and ordered 2 band seals which was supposed to be there this morning and was told we would be called when they arrived! After hearing nothing we managed to get the band seals from another supplier so we called in to grab a 250mm tee fitting, he brought the band seals out aswell as this point, I informed him we only needed the tee and he proceeded to say we had got them ordered and he wouldn’t be able to sell them again, he then proceeded to say that it was a twatty move despite the fact we was there to hand him £250 for one fitting! I informed him he can keep his fitting because his attitude stinks! Avoid, avoid, Avoid unless you want unhelpful, unprofessional abuse!

After sales service is very poor specially online. I have been trying to contcat them them for the last 4 days but no avail. I have spoken to their branch colleagues and no is able to help there either! I hope my review will get their attention and make conatct with me to replace the drain pipes asap.

Order arrived on time, slight mixup with one item but they drove straight down to South Wales from Yale with replacement.
