Very Professional service and very detailed report which was clear and was backed up with lots of pictures and pointers to areas of concern/ interest.
Also very helpful in moving dates around to fit in with delays in the house chain .

We contacted Nick to help us for a level 2 survey on our first home together. He came back super quickly with a quote and their availability. His response time was very impressive and he kept us updated on when it was being booked in. We didn't have to do anything, he dealt with everything with the estate agents and getting it booked in so it was stress-free for us. We have also received our report just the next day which is fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend Nick Baker. He phoned soon after surveying the properties (we engaged him for 2 surveys) and calls were followed up with written reports soon after which were very thorough.

Nick maintained constant communication with me throughout the process and also helped me to decide the right level of inspection for the property that I was looking to purchase. He produced a fully comprehensive and concise inspection report within a couple of days complete with pictures and detailed advice. This allowed me to make an informed decision when proceeding with my purchase as well being able to determine the amount work that would need to be carried out in order to bring the property up to the required standard.

Nick’s communication is fantastic and works incredibly quickly. When the survey was completed he called us to give us the highlights and then the report was sent the detailed report was sent to us the next day.
