UPDATE: GOT MY PACKAGE FINALLY AFTER A LOT OF AGGRAVATION
Hello, UPDATE TO FIRST REVIEW (1/14/17)
I said that I would let you know if I ever received my package from JDMBRAND that I ordered on 12/8/16. Well, I finally did get it on 1/12/17!! I had to go through a lot of aggravation, including calling my credit card company finally on 1/6/17 to dispute the charge - so I'm wondering if it was their involvement that got JDM Brand to e-mail me on 1/10/17 to clarify with me again if I ever received the package, to which I said, "NO". So, the package was shipped that day with the same tracking number (interestingly) and I got it in two days. All a JDM Brand employee had to do was check the tracking number (THAT THEY ASSIGNED) every time I e-mailed them saying that I didn't get it and they would have seen it was still sitting with shipping label - NOT THAT HARD! I am upgrading them to 3 stars (which is generous considering the amount of aggravation trying to get my package) but they did finally send it with exactly what I ordered and we were happy with the mystery items.

First of all - can't talk to anyone at this company in California! They charged me $20+ for priority shipping on an order that I placed on December 8th for a Christmas gift and I still didn't get it. Today is January 7, 2017 and I paid $78 and I still don't have my package. It was marked right away with a shipping label and tracking number and as far as they were concerned I was all set. WRONG! I've called USPS twice and they got back to me in a timely manner to say that the package isn't with them - that it is still with JDMBrand with a shipping label prepared. The status is still the same today even though they responded back through e-mail finally on Dec. 28th that they were sorry and thanked me for my patience and they were going to put together a new mystery package in the meantime and I should receive some updates within a couple of days and to let me know when I receive it - never happened. Very irresponsible of this company. If they can't keep up good relations - they should close down. Shame on their irresponsibleness! Bottom line: can't be trusted with your money. If I get my package eventually and I'm happy with the quality - I will post new comment, but for now STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
