Avoid this company like the plague. I wish I could leave a lower score. They sent me the wrong size shoes. I emailed them asking to return, they replied ‘that as the items were cheap was it worth returning and I’d have to pay for the returns even though it was there mistake. However, they did give me a £10 voucher for any further purchase. Like I’d ever purchase from them again. They are scammers and should be dealt with. Really bad company. Avoid!!

Absolute rubbish. I have bought 3 pairs of the boots they advertised and each time they arrive as a size 6 (uk) 39. Each time I needed a larger size. This must be the only size they do.
Complete waste of time and money. No return address and no customer contact!

Scam company.
Sent me the wrong items. Refused return or refund. Cheap plastic, not leather as inferred. Really bad company. Avoid!!

Do not buy from this place. I ordered a long line bra 34dd they sent me 46E big difference and told me they will give me £10 coupon when the bra cost more than that wouldn’t send me a returns label I have to pay for it and it’s not guaranteed it will get there. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered pair of shoes begining of December Evri stated awaiting parcel on 23r December now 4rh January still no parcel received at Evri or at my home I have been well and truly scammed will neved buy anything from this company again

they don't know how to program backend and the app constantly bugs out and nonfunctional.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were advertised as having extra support.
As it turns out they don’t give any support and are very flimsy. Furthermore the zipper on the side keeps jamming, and I imagine it won’t be long until it breaks .
They do not have a simple to use complaint system, therefore they will probably go in the rubbish bin.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a pair of driving gloves. I measured my hand carefully according to the guidelines, and the result was that my hand was at the top end of Large. To be on the safe side, I ordered XL.
When the gloves arrived, they were labelled XL both on the packet and the gloves themselves, but I couldn't even get may hands in. They are at best Medium, and probably Small - and there's no way of returning them without paying the postage.
If I had known they were coming from China (I've had bad experiences with Temu) I would never have ordered them.

Linked themselves to a company called John and David in London via Facebook. Total scam despite very convincing website and advertising. Avoid at all costs!!

Bought a pair of sandals which I am pleased with. They are comfortable and look good. The communication with the seller was good. However I did feel it was a bit of a rip off paying £7.99 for expedited shipping as that didn't happen.

Linked to a company called crown and collar. Total scammers AVOID!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased what I thought was a silver designer cross and chain for my granddaughter at the price of £21. The sales info said the designer who was European looks was closing down and this was the last opportunity to buy!
I received, over a week later a cross and chain of dubious metal that I doubt is silver. There is no stamp and it looks very cheap. I cannot return, even though in the sales puff it said I had 30 days?? A BIG DISAPPOINTING SCAM!

Ordered shoes size 42. Most definitely not 42 very small. Not able to return
