Jbugs has proven to be an excellent resource for my 1970 Fastback type 3, providing all the necessary components. Their responsiveness to inquiries is truly commendable, and their team is exceptionally friendly. I am very impressed with their products, which are of high quality. I would gladly give them a 6 star rating.

Nice to have a wide variety of items to order and receive them in a decent time frame. However, the last 4 or 5 fan shroud I've ordered have been scratched and/or dented. Better cushioning, especially for the front of the shroud, would be great.

The part was easy to find and arrived fairly quickly. It fit just right in place of the old one. I’m very happy with my purchase.

JBugs always has what I need for my classic VW and my orders are processed very quickly so I receive parts within a couple days. Love the customer service it’s top notch.

I got the product I wanted shipped quickly. It was well packed. A while ago, some of my orders took a while to ship or required backodering a lot. But recently, the service has been very good.

Your website said that the parts would fit my bus, and they did fit.

Jbugs has a large amount of inventory. Rebuilt my entire VW from jbug parts. On the rare event if something was out of stock, the item was promptly sent when available. Even though I'm on the east coast items were shipped and arrived in a timely mannor.

All my parts showed up on time and not damaged.
All descrptions of material is accurate and priced fair.

Fast shipping, easy returns a solid place for your early VW needs. One small request…add a fuel gauge for a 74 bus.

Parts I received over the last few orders are just not to the caliber part that I thought you guys sold. Your shipping in order process is easy. But the quality of the parts is somewhat to be desired. I don't know how many more things I will order from you guys. I purchased a fuel tank and a sending unit kit for a super beetle back in like April and the sending unit the float part is full of fuel in the tank which doesn't let it work because it sinks. I also bought axle seals for the torsion arms for a 66 beetle and had to order three sets to get still not the right upper and lower seal sizes.

We still have not recieved our complete order or been contacted about arrivaltime of backorder. Other than that great.

Jbug has a large variety of items to choose from. Customer should receive a notice if an order is on back order given the customer the right to cancel their order or to select another vendor. Shipments to the eastcoast takes about 8 to 10 days after orders are placed.
