Cheap company!

I contacted this company because I was genuinely interested in opening a funded account and needed clarification before spending money. To be clear, I already have trading experience. What is new to me is the funded-account model, so I asked reasonable pre-purchase questions to understand the rules properly before paying.

My questions were basic and legitimate: the difference between the 1-phase and 2-phase accounts, minimum profitable days, whether those days had to be consecutive, KYC requirements, deadlines, and withdrawal conditions. Any serious company should be able to answer those clearly and professionally.
Instead, the support was weak from the beginning. My first message was ignored for days. When they finally replied, the response was lazy and dismissive, basically pushing me back to the website instead of actually helping. Every time I asked for clarification, I got the same low-effort attitude. That is not customer support. That is avoidance.
The worst part was Matteo’s behavior. Instead of answering respectfully, he became rude, condescending, and openly disrespectful. After I explained that I was experienced in trading but simply new to funded accounts and wanted to understand the options before choosing, his replies were insulting rather than helpful. Statements like “Does it needs a genuis to know it?” and “Then don’t trade. Go learn it before even buying an account” are disgraceful coming from someone representing a business.
That kind of support does not make the company look professional, established, or trustworthy. It makes it look cheap, arrogant, and badly run. A serious financial company knows that pre-sale questions are normal, especially when clients are trying to understand the rules before putting money in. Acting annoyed because a customer asks for clarity is a sign of low-level service and poor standards.
And frankly, when support is this poor and this disrespectful, it reflects badly on the business as a whole. Whether this attitude comes directly from management or is simply tolerated by them, the result is the same: it shows a weak company culture. Good businesses do not allow staff to speak to potential customers like this.
I was ready to proceed, but this interaction killed my confidence completely. If this is how they treat someone before payment, I can only imagine how they behave after they already have your money.
I do not recommend this company based on my experience.

The above is for your kind information.

Thank you,
Eyal Zoubian
