I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I bought a 3x zoneterapi voucher and was told by the therapist that as long as I used the first session before the expiry date, I could complete the rest anytime. Based on that promise, I purchased it and even prepaid for additional treatments like Japanese lifting, etc., which were never delivered. Now I’ve been told that everything has expired, even though this was clearly not what I was informed at the time of purchase. It feels completely unfair and unprofessional to change the terms afterwards, and against EU rules. I’ve tried to resolve it politely, based on trust, but the response was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly makes me never want to go back again.
