For my first order
For my first order, I waited about 50 days and it did not arrive, they said it was lost so I told them ok ship me another order and then I waited about a month and a half or two months and it did not arrive, so I asked them to return my money and they did not delay in returning it, I hope you pay more attention. For the shipments and for the period of their arrival, wait for a period of months, then what? It got lost in shipping! I will never buy from them again(I'm sorry, but I didn't mean to be rude or to say never buy from them, but I just write about my experience, customer service is very good. I wish them a happy life Thank them They helped me a lot)

Well I first got the blue one the first one the weakest one and then I realized I need a stronger one so I got the dark green one and it is more firm but even so when I bite down on at the way is made it is too easy so I flip it on its side and remove the plastic two pieces and I do at least 35 or 40 four times a day..... I like the results that way personally

Great product if you have loose skin on…
Great product if you have loose skin on your neck and or you want to improve your jawline or if you have lock jaw and need the only mouth exercise available to strengthen the jaw muscles to prevent TMJ symptoms. Great customer service too.

ALL I GOT WAS JAW PAIN..SCAM
Used mine a couple months and all I got was jaw pain. Asked my plastic surgeon about the product. He said these bite products do nothing but swell your jaw and cause jaw pain. It's a scam.

I bought the box of Jawzrsize products…
I bought the box of Jawzrsize products and found that the green one was best resistance for me. After about 3 months the product split at the seam on one side. I tried to use the blue one but when I put the mouthpiece parts into the device it would not stay in and kept falling out. I tried twice and followed the directions exactly, but both times it would not stay in. The product is a good idea but the quality I received was poor. Jawzrsize reached out to me and sent a new replacement box. First class customer service! Product is working great. They truly stand behind their products!!

My received my order
My received my order, not what I had expected. Sent an e-mail and Bella responded. They requested I send a picture of what I received, I did, then Sam responded and said they would send the correct item. I was disappointed at first but they had great service recovery and they are sending my correct order. They started out with one star and quickly brought their service up to 5 star.
Thank you for your great response to me. I can't wait to try this product out!

It Works Along With Outstanding Customer Service!
I'm 64 and have been using the Pop 'N Go pink for some time now. I see my jowels getting less, which is great. I could not use my second one, because it was too big. I wrote about my problem, just asking for advice; return time had long run out. To my huge surprise, answers were not only swift but I was offered another one that fits me better. What extraordinary customer service! I do know that Jawzrsize not only works but they were outstanding in trying to accomodate me. Thank you very much again!!!

The box the product came in was better quality than the actual case for the product. It fell apart the first day, considering you need to keep this product clean before sticking it in your mouth. The case is a very important part, probably would not consider purchasing anything else from this company.
