Ordered a 4 mm mariner chain during the covid-19 and jay was always up front and honest about shipping times etc, a few days before he shipped I wanted to go with a longer length and jay hooked me up at no extra charge , beautiful chain, good gram weight, will definitely be buying again, highly recommend.

I'm being forced to write a review...
I ordered a 7mm silver rope chain and this was dispatched efficiently... But now for 5 days is still in customs in original country... I contacted DHL and they stated no taxes or duties have been paid or any physical scans on the package meaning there is no package yet.. I have tried to email and message jawa jewelers on the website with no response... I have no option left but to contact my credit card and request a charge back..
UPDATE 17/04/2020
JAWA Jewelers have been in touch... They have assured me that the package was dropped of at DHL hub and they are investigating my order. In any case they have said they will replace the item and resend.

Total RIP off!! Conned me out of over 1,100$!!
Ordered and paid for a 4.5mm Cuban curb chain and a 4mm franco chain. Both chains arrived being 2mm and 1.5mm. This is terrible business!!! Have yet to be able to contact anyone in regards to my over 1,100 dollar shipment. In all in all I recieved about 280 dollars worth of gold for over 1,100 dollars. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I'm sure if someone does contact me they will tell me to return the jewelry back at my own expense and they'll send out another one. Then I'll just be out of 1100 dollars period....🤬😡🤬

After investigating from sales department and our inventory handling team, we concluded that your claim is due to some misunderstanding or something else, but the report we get regarding your accuse is normal and didn’t say such thing that you mention.
According to the investigation report we sent you two separate shipments; a 4.5mm Cuban curb chain and a 4mm Franco chain. You received and accepted the 4.5mm Cuban chain upon delivery but declined to receive the 4mm Franco chain and it was returned to our inventory, we can provide proof to this as well. It means you accepted only $386 worth 4.5mm Cuban chain. Had it been otherwise, you should not have accepted the chain. Moreover, your accusation is too naïve to be true. We have a system of managing our inventory, which is secure, and we take great pride in it!
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss further with you. If you willing to talk further Please call Jay Quality Control Department at 1-800-711-0328. Thanks, and have a great Day.

I bought a 8mm diamond cut gold rope necklace and I was skeptical at first for ordering something so expensive over the internet without actually holding it or visually seeing it first. When it arrived it was greatly packaged and the necklace was absolutely perfect. I love it and I will definitely be doing business with them again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
