I had second thoughts after placing my order, due to my misunderstanding of the process. I immediately asked about cancelling my order, and was told my request would be forwarded to the appropriate channel since it hadn’t been filled yet. In less than a day, they were able to locate my order and cancel it with no problem. I am so very grateful, and plan to start over with another order.

The coffee is delicious and creamy and I lovvveee the recipe book! So easy to make so many treats! And the team is extremely helpful and quick to respond! Great experience here ☺️

Super easy to mix up. I love the Salted Carmel flavor. I also ordered the banana bread however thought it lacked a little in banana flavor. Would buy both again helps with morning cravings

First, the shipping. Very fast and reliable! Accurate delivery and quality packaging. Now the product. I’m already addicted to my afternoon boost of caffeine and an added bonus of getting to finally hit my protein goals. The flavors are amazing and Cookie Butter is my favorite followed by Caramel and Dubai Chocolate! The texture is velvety smooth, not too sweet and rich deep flavors. It’s so hard not to just gulp it down! I’m in the process of trying more flavors and experimenting with recipes too. Great company fantastic product and I even got free gifts! Win win for me!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the flavor, the texture is great, and I have enjoyed how much protein is in them. I drink at least 3 a day, so not only am I getting more protein in but also staying more hydrated too. It’s been awesome!

It took forever to receive my order. So long in fact, I was surprised when it showed up. Then my "free gift", a shaker, had a bad leak and they refused to give me a new one. The CS lady said she would give me a 25.00 credit and I could buy a new one. Excuse me? What just happened here? That made me mad and I wanted a refund but I couldn't because I had opened them. Anyway, cancelled my subscription. I didn't really like the taste but wanted to try a few months to get used to it. Oh well.
Edit: this is a valid purchase, Javvy. I don't want to give you the chance to make it right because you had that opportunity the first time around. I will not be responding. Thank you.

I'm skeptical of products I see on Facebook but since I've been trying to increase my protein consumption I thought I would try the Javvy Refreshers. I was very pleasantly surprised. My order arrived quickly and the Refreshers taste really good. So "refreshing" over ice. I'm happy I placed an order.

The coffee flavors are delicious. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription because I received a subscription to the company as a gift I was very pleased that I received it. Going through the process of the cancellation with the company was a pleasure. There was no stress in canceling my subscription. The customer services were very helpful and understood why I canceled my subscription. So, with that said thank you very much and I still get to enjoy the coffee..

I give Javvy coffee 4 stars because it tastes great but it’s a little expensive for me to buy monthly. I can maybe treat myself every 3-4 months but definitely can’t afford it every month. I enjoyed the flavors, especially since I really like cold coffee better than hot. They had a lot to choose from when it comes to different flavors.

Javvy wasn’t for me. It’s too sweet. That said, their customer service is excellent. The situation was easily resolved, much to my satisfaction. 👍🏻

I had a refund related situation and Maddy assisted me with prompt responses and a great outcome! Very good customer service!

Becareful they scam you. I canceled my monthly agreement in June suddenly I started gettiung serveral charges everyday. More than a dozen chrages. They said it somehow was turned back on and they could credit one. However all they did was debit again. I had to spend time with bank disputing and canceling my card

I love drinking Javvy! Gets the protein and the caffeine in at the same time! I love the banana bread flavor- so good!!

These coffees taste so good and have replaced my daily coffee with a sugar free, protein-filled option.

This was my second order from Javvy and I ordered a bag of the Dubai chocolate protein coffee as part of my subscription. The coffee arrived promptly and it’s delicious. My girlfriend and I love it.

The subscription, by the way, is very flexible. You can change the number of bags, flavors, and shipping/delivery date at any time.

So far, Javvy products have been great and so is their customer service.

Love Javvy coffee!! It keeps my hunger at bay and I drink it now instead of regular coffee. My favorite is the Mocha White Chocolate

Javvy has a variety of amazing flavors with the protein to calorie ratio is being great! I can add it to my coffee for very few calories and a significant amount of protein. It dissolves fairly quickly and you cant taste the protein at all! 10/10 will be buying again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your subscription model, which I find to be highly non-transparent regarding recurring charges and shipment notifications. The lack of functionality to modify product selections, combined with the absence of prior alerts before an order is processed, creates a misleading consumer experience. I trust you will take this feedback into account to improve your operational clarity for future customers.
