Good luck trying to cancel a subscription.

First of all, I love Javvy coffee protein powder! It’s so delicious. Anyway, my subscription came this month and there was a hole in the bag-a lot of the powder had fallen out and was in the packaging. I emailed their customer service and not only did Jade get right back to me, she was very helpful. The flavor I ordered ended up being sold out so I got to pick a new flavor and Jade was very communicative and it’s already being sent to me. Excellent customer service! They now have a customer for life

This was my first time ordering from Javvy -- though I've been "stalking" them online for a long time. ;-) I finally pulled the plug and ordered their REFRESHERS Protein mixes. They arrived quickly and taste FANTASTIC! Nothing gritty, nothing "manufactured" on the taste. There was an issue with an add-on part of my order, and Customer Service resolved it quickly. Arianne in Customer Service replied quickly and corrected everything perfectly! In this day and age of rather poor customer service, she was simply delightful!!! Do yourself a favor and try this place out if you're looking to up your Protein intake!!! Thanks ever so much, Arianne!!!

Got the wrong flavor coffee in my order. Emailed them right away and they got back to me immediately and said they were going to ship out the right one right away. Great customer service, answered very quickly! Tried the Carmel today, taste was great!

I absolutely love this coffee and have been ordering for 2 years. I haven’t ever had an issue and this last order I received was messed up in shipping and bad was busted. Customer service was absolutely amazing and very fast to respond. They send another one to replace it within a day.

I contacted customer service with a question and this company is amazing! Ella got back to me and responded within a reasonable time and was able to resolve my question. I am happy i chose this company for my coffee and refresher needs. Not mention their products have all been amazing with no complaints

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy the Javy Protein Coffee! I tried the Cookies & Cream flavor first, and it was a 9/10 from the very first sip. It has plenty of flavor and is creamy enough when mixed with milk that I don’t even feel the need to add creamer, which is a huge plus for me.

I personally mix the powder into a small amount of slightly warmed milk with a frother first, then add cold milk and water before pouring it over ice. I’ve found this helps the powder dissolve really well and gives me a smooth iced coffee without adding a lot of extras.

I also love that I’m getting protein with my morning coffee while still having something that feels like a treat. I’ve already started making it regularly and would definitely purchase it again!

I can’t believe I went so long without Javvy Coffee! It’s my go-to pick-me-up, giving me just the boost I need to kickstart my day. I absolutely love it! With a subscription, I never have to worry about running out and always have it ready to keep my mornings on track.

I used a whole bag to give it a fair review. It's too sweet for me. Sweetener tastes like a processed (Splenda) sweetener, leaving a slightly bitter after taste. The drink also gives me a gut ache. Won't buy again.

I had read a lot about Javvy and the positive reviews. I ordered the mocha flavor and couldn’t believe how good it tasted. Switching from hot coffee to ice coffee was the best thing I did. Plus, I’m getting more protein and saving money with not buying flavored creamers. I highly recommend Javvy.

I do love the protein refreshers! They mix well and are exactly what they say - refreshing!

I didn’t like the product. It’s not disgusting, but it has a weird aftertaste.
What I do appreciate is their customer service and the money back guarantee. So for that, I give 5 Stars.

I've really been enjoying the Javvy refreshers. They taste sweet even with no sugar and there's no weird after taste. I especially like the mango pineapple & strawberry lemonade. Looking forward to getting and trying the blackberry lemonade and blueberry pomegranate next!

I was a little sad that my free shaker bottle leaks. It's the perfect size to take to work.

I’m not a fan of most protein drinks but am so happy to have stumbled across Javvy Clear Protein Powder. It’s delicious, fills me up and has been a game changer for me.
It’s tastes good, is not grainy, I can mix flavors together to make a homemade refresher. It has become my go to drink each morning.

Everything from ordering to receiving was as smooth as butter! Javvy Protein Coffee is apart of my morning routine and I couldn’t sing enough praises about it! It’s helped me hit my protein goals daily and get my daily caffeine intake, plus I’m regular (if you know what I mean) and I’m way less bloated! I’d highly recommend checking it out and getting a bag just to try it. It’s not chalky and it tastes sweet, but not too sweet. Looking forward to adding more bags to my lineup soon like the Cookies & Cream or the Pistachio! I’ve had the Original (LOVE), Banana Bread (DELICIOUS), Cookie Butter (#1 PICK), Hazelnut (GOOD BALANCE OF FLAVOR), and French Vanilla (SWEET, BUT STILL GOOD)!

I had a great experience with the customer service representative Mabby. She was courteous, professional, and very helpful. She provided all of the details I needed in an email so I could easily proceed with the return without any confusion. I appreciate the help.
