The lamp you sent puts a black line…

The lamp you sent puts a black line across the top of my TV screen. Can you send a replacement?

After I installed the lamp, it worked for a few days, then this black shaded section now shows across the top of the screen. Please respond with what I should do. Thanks!

Our lamp went out right before the weekend......

Our lamp went out right before the weekend and we placed the order with an expected delivery date of the following Wednesday. Jaspertronics had it all packaged up and shipped so fast that we received it two days sooner (on Monday afternoon) and it works perfect... Great service!

The ordering process went smoothly and…

The ordering process went smoothly and the shipping went well too. Not sure about the bulb itself. I replaced a bulb that was 2 years old and was expecting a much brighter picture. Unfortunately, the before and after picture were about the same. So maybe the TV itself is getting too old. Not sure.

For some reason these aftermarket bulbs…

For some reason these aftermarket bulbs or housing will not fit in my TV. (They use to fit no issue) I have taken the bulbs out the new housing and put it in the new housing. Now the bulb doesn't work. I'll be honest that part of changing housing and not working is on me. But, I understand why they don't fit. Oh well, I guess it's time to buy a newer TV. 15 or 16 years with just a bulb change, and now I'm moving on

Incredible highly efficient warranty claim

A TV projector bulb failed after just a few months. The process to obtain a replacement bulb was extremely efficient and I had a new bulb within several days of submitting my claim. The staff was very pleasant to work with. TV picture quality is like having a new set!

Bait and switch

I received a substitute from what I ordered. It was explained that the part that I ordered could have been discontinued and the assembly contractor made the change without notice. A refund was not offered, however an exchange or a $10 discount in addition to my Return Customer discount. I feel like Jaspertronics has passed on the bait and switch to me instead of owning the risk and offering a full refund. I had bookmarked another seller of the part that I had ordered, with the same substituted part that I had decided against for much cheaper, which I shared with the representative, and the reply that I got didn't seem sympathetic to my point of view as a paying customer. The representative seemed more focused on "reeducating me" and selling me the substituted part after the fact, resisting owning the mistake, since no exchanges could be made, since the part still being advertised is discontinued.

Feedback on recent customer experience

From the moment I contacted Jaspertronics until the shipment of my order for an OEM BP96-00224C Lamp & Housing for Samsung TVs with Philips bulb inside. It was a pleasurable experience. Thanks to Ms. Sarah Rearrick's professionalism and attention to detail. It is people like Sarah that make the difference and she is definitely an asset to the organization.
