Bad business

Place to order with Jadperbelly, and took a month to receive order but the order was incomplete. It was a two piece outfit. I received the top and not the bottom. I will not be doing business with them again.
I can’t get in contact with anyone to fix it.

For their mistake.

I purchased a set

I purchased a set, but they only sent the blouse—and it was of terrible quality. There is nowhere to file a complaint to get my money back; their supposed website won't even open. It is a total scam.

These people are crooks!!

These people are crooks! I ordered an outfit from them that clearly says it's a "SET"! I waited for weeks and they hadn't even shipped it. So I emailed them and asked them to just cancel my order! They ignored it and 5 days later they shipped it. Took forever to get here cause I didn't know they were in China! Then when my order arrives all I got was this horribly THIN.. I mean PAPER THIN top and no jeans?? I emailed them and they tried to tell me I only ordered the top.. yet the site clearly says it's a set! I wrote them back and sent them a copy of their site showing it says it's a "set" and they had the nerve to write me back and offer me a lousy $10!! I was soooooooo upset over this!They should be made to refund my money directly cause they basically stole a little over $40 from me! That lousy top isn't worth $5 let alone $40! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Spare yourself the grief!

UPDATE: The response below is once again all lies! They emailed me yet again offering a lousy 10%! NO NO NO the items are NOT listed as separate items!! The ad CLEARLY SAYS IT'S A "SET"!! A set means more than one item.. it means both things they are advertising! If your Chinese language doesn't allow you to understand or write in English properly that isn't the customers fault!! You need to learn what the word "SET" means!! I wish I had a way to upload the actual advertisement for this "set" but this site does not give me the option to upload anything. As for the company, look below at all the horrible reviews they have!! Everyone just about has been taken by these people!! Their site should be deleted and taken down and as far as I'm concerned they should be arrested because this is nothing short of THEFT and total FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Again I repeat, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Lastly, thank goodness for my bank as they gave me an immediate full refund for this issue. Sadly the company isn't being made to pay for this, it's coming directly from the bank which is really wrong!! They need to be held accountable!!

They sent me a sweater that was damaged, the zipper on the bag got stuck to the fabric and pulled it.I HAVE BEEN THROUGH 2 ROUNDS OF EMAILS WHERE THEY KEEP ASKING ME TO ACCEPT 15% OR 20% OF THE COST! I keep saying NO, I want the full refund as it is damaged! PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!

1/9- they now just told me I had to pay $20 to return it back to China and they still were not going to give me the full refund only 20% of it and it’s damaged

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO

Sizing information is off on their site. I’m usually a S. Ordered a M to ensure fit (again, per their sizing chart). Can barely get sleeves on. When I measured the width of the upper sleeve (from seam to seam), it’s less than 6” and there is absolutely no stretch in fabric. No refund, only a credit of 10% to use towards another purchase (not happening).

I ordered the jacket that says queen on it has anybody else got it it’s a long black jacket. It says queen it’s a gift for a friend of mine. I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely the worst company with terrible customer service and poor quality products. Placed order, never heard anything for 2 weeks. Contacted them, they said they had high demand on the item and asked me to be patient. Waited another week, asked for a delivery date and said it would ship in a week. After it finally shipped it took over a week to get to me. Upon opening I found my patchwork sweater and it was such poor quality. I ordered a 3X and this was a size Large at best. The serged seams were left dangling at the ends. The button on the sleeve would not fit through the button hole and I didn’t try to push it through for fear of tearing the fabric. Contacted them immediately that I wanted to return the item for refund, followed THEIR policy but still have this piece of garbage sweater. They offered 10% then 15, 20 and now 25% refund but won’t honor their own return policy. NEVER EVER order from this company. They offered you only “blessings” and nothing else. Horrible company.
I saw your reply but nothing has changed. I am now to pay to return this wrong sized, poor quality sweater at my expense to China in order to get a full refund. I have my doubts I will get any of my money back. Your Customer Service has been acting as if they have been wronged and a victim during this entire encounter. I will never order from your company again and will discourage anyone from buying from you too.

Love the leopard coat

Let's start with the point of regret, waited 3 weeks to arrive, thought it was a scam, but well, it's worth the wait, it's highly recommended, love it so much! The furry material is great, the leopard print is super nice and the color is just like the picture. I usually wear a size m but this time I wore a size l because I wanted it to be a bit big and it looks perfect. The only downside is that there are no pockets, which I wish there were.
