My client received her order worth over $600 and every item was of extremely poor quality. They are so poor she cannot wear these items so she is trying to return them. However, this company refuses to take responsibility for the return and is making her send it to china at a cost of $145.79. There’s no way a customer should have to pay that kind of money to ship items back that are a poor quality. This is a terrible company who has no work ethic and no integrity. They should be shut down.

Bought the Lily | Linen Casual Shirt. It is NOT linen. It is made in and sent from CHINA! This company is NOT Canadian or from Toronto. The fabric is a polyester. It does not stretch. It does not breath. This is a synthetic fabric and it feels disgusting on the skin. They lied in their advertisement. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again.

TOTAL SCAM - product is not at all what it appears

Scam! Products are inferior, nothing like the photos. Sure, they take returns. Mail your item and maybe you will get a couple cents back. They are thieves.

I ordered the orthopedic shoes that were on sale and they sent me the wrong size. I there is no phone number to reach them. I have sent numerous emails and they have not replied. Looks like I am stuck with a mediocre product. The shoes that they advertising and is not what you are receiving. The shoe is made of very cheap material and is not orthopedic as advertised. This is not a real Canadian store, it is a covered. Will never ordered again from this site!

I purchased Susa orthopedic, sneakers sale price $59.95. Luckily I always do a screen shot when ordering anything online. They charged my account but then told me they couldn’t find my order. Even with the confirmation order. Finally after me providing the screenshot, they found my order and shipped it. The shoes are barely worth the sale price. They are man made materials shipped in a plastic bag placed in a plastic shipping envelope. They stunk of chemicals and as for orthopedic, not even an arch support. Beware, there are many sites with similar names, identical merchandise (with different prices) and identical advertising photos across Canada.
