When I first started out with Jasmeow, she was decent and quick to solve problems. I had to end my service because of many different issues. The first big problem was TCPshield, which caused daily mass player disconnects and many other connection problems including where some players could not even connect at all. I get it, it's TCPShield that's broken, but this went on for 7+ months and is still ongoing. She refused to disconnect me from TCPShield when I asked, I told her I want off it many times. Then I asked if I could use Infinity Filter, an alternative. She said yes then never did the work. I paid for 2 months of Infinity Filter while with her and it never got done. My server is having daily disconnects, and no help from her even when I offered my own solution. That alone is so bad.

Really, she's stopped doing anything. So I don't understand any of the good reviews, maybe some clients are more important. When I told them to add my new Sysadmin's SSH key, she told me she would do it on Monday night. Didn't happen, I had to keep reminding her all week, which a few days later she comes and tells me it's her "lowest priority". She's was rude to me just for asking, after I didn't get replies in over a day. It takes seconds to do, and she just wouldn't do it. This isn't even everything. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, rude.

I've been an Admin for a Minecraft RP server for about a year now. We switched from our old hosting provider after we had constant issues with uptime. It felt like every other day, our server was down. It also felt like no matter what we did, it would still take ages to get back up for seemingly no reason.

One of the other admins on the team recommended we try JS since he had experience using it. To say the difference was stark would be an understatement: In the 6 or more months we were with a different provider, we had over a dozen instances of our server being down for days at a time. After switching to JS? I can only name one instance, & it was so quick that I can't even remember how long we were down for.

Additionally, the communications & services JS provides are fantastic. Jas makes use of a Discord server for organization & communication, which makes everything flow very easily. Alongside quick communication, JS offers several features I didn't even know Minecraft servers could have. My favorite example is an optional Grafana panel integration, which allows us to see in-depth insights such as player activity & how well the ping of each player is doing.

JS has easily saved us hours, if not, days of fighting different hosting services in tickets. If you haven't looked into using JS, I would happily recommend doing so.

If you approach them with patience, respect, and understanding, they’ll return that energy tenfold. On the other hand, if you come off as entitled or arrogant, they’ll call it out and honestly, I see that as a strength. Self-awareness and accountability are key qualities in any professional relationship, no matter how high up someone is. Everyone should be held accountable.

They do get quite busy at times, especially when handling critical issues like server outages or unresponsive systems. So if your issue is less urgent (like my current website domain configuration), it might take a bit longer. But they always get back to you, usually faster than expected, even while juggling dozens of clients in a day.

I’ve reached out to Jasmeow before with problems that were technically outside her scope, and she still went out of her way to help.

Her pricing for monthly maintenance is fair, scaling appropriately based on your network’s size and needs. She consistently finds ways to support those willing to work collaboratively.

Overall, Jasmeow is dependable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about helping people, as long as you approach the partnership with mutual respect.

Jasmine has been absolutely amazing to work with. There have been a few times where tasks have taken a little longer then expected to get to, however Jasmine has been very apologetic and gets to the task as soon as possible. I have the up most respect for Jasmine for what they deal with on a day to day basis.

Jasmine has been my System Admin for almost 2 years and she allows me to be confident in my servers security. She knows what she's doing and gets the job done.

When I first started using JasmeowTheCat's services it was going alright. Until we needed some help with basic server issues. Jasmeow starting being rude towards some of my staff and losing her patience whenever they would not understand something. Although we did get help with our server it was also very minimal. We barely got any help as she would only reply every 5-10 hours. She was not friendly or professional.

Before i start, its important to know the owner of this business is “JasmeowTheCat” and i encourage you to see her reviews under that name on this same website as these may be misleading. Very unprofessional and just extremely rude. Ive been a customer for a few months, paid her hundreds of dollars and was always polite, and once i parted ways i simply asked for my server files and she said “i have them but youre not gonna get them, you should have downloaded them when they were available”. She wanted me to pay her 80$ just to get these files, which i refused of course.. Always seems to give attitude for even the simplest of questions, and god forbid if you dont know something she will get angry with you and say “its common sense” then give you an attitude. unreliable on timing. I asked for help moving my minecraft server and she slept in until 5 mins before the grand release; mind you it was a big server, and said “overslept woops”. The one thing il say is she is knowledgable and helpful. Il give an honest review, but its just not worth it with how rude and just evil she is. She is gatekeeping months of hard work from me, just because i wouldnt take her disrespect anymore and parted ways. She will def respond to this with some crazed story that she convinced herself of, but bottom line her behaviour is nasty and just rude. Very deluted and will not admit when she is wrong

Services are amazing! Answers are always quick, responses are accurate and easy to understand (even for me who needs some extra explaining sometimes, they are EXTREMELY patient, and are always keeping us informed as clients. I truly trust this service completely and would give this nothing lower than a Five Star rating. This is place to be!

No nonsense, clear communication, always trying to improve their service and lots of useful information on their website. Great service for an affordable price.

JS just makes things easier. I don't have to worry about anything when it comes to my systems, because it's all taken care of. If I need something done, I just send a message and it gets done. The staff also provide advice when asked and there is tons of helpful documentation available to you as a client!

Jasmeow Systems makes it easier on any business owner. I'm so glad I found Jasmeow on BuildByBit, if I hadn't I would have never made it as far as I got. I wanted to release but their is just so many things in my life going on so I had to leave Jasmeow Systems for personal reasons. I have been with Jasmeow for 11 months and haven't had one bad experience here with this company. If Jasmine is not available then their is always 'Abyss' who is Jasmine's business partner I believe. They are in fact both super helpful, all you need to do is sitback and be patient. I seriously recommend Jasmeow Systems to any small or even big Minecraft server owner! Even if you don't own a Minecraft server and want someone to manage your system for whatever it is your doing, Jasmeow System's is the place to be!

If you are looking for system administrators this is it.
As a quick TL;DR of my previous experiences jasmeow.systems knew EXACTLY what they were doing compared to the many other sys.admins out there. The pricing reflects this, however I wouldn't spend any $ LESS since their experience is worth every penny.

If you are looking to focus on development and want to have your systems/servers be secure WHILE having good monitoring? Jasmeow.systems is it! Don't bother looking for other alternatives or cheaper alternatives. They won't have the same value I promise you that.

The Jasmeow.Systems team provides excellent system administration. Customer service is good, they will give you all kinds of information. The only thing that would need to be improved would be the waiting times, but they still deserve 5 stars.
