Gravely dissapointed
I fell in love with this Tshirt on the website however I was nothing but disappointed. The delivery was very slow (I placed an order with first class postage and i did not receive it until two weeks later), the design to tshirt ratio is completely off, the design does not fit the tshirt at all, it is WAY too small and just makes the tshirt look ridiculously big, finally when I emailed the company to see where my package was I never received a response so the customer service is not up to standard.

My order never arrived
My order never arrived, I sent out an email asking for help and they never got back to me. The website says my order was fulfilled, except it was not.

No response to request
They don’t offer returns but say they ‘may’ exchange if you ask them, but then you can’t contact anyone, have tried various means on their social media sites but silence. Very poor service and communication. Their sizing comes up small too. Would say the medium was more like a size 10.

The best T-shirt I own
I’ve ordered from Jas Apparel before and got a Phil Dunphy jumper but I decided to get the T-shirt for summer and it’s such an amazing buy. The material is thick and the design is so cute and fun, definitely worth the money and I always get compliments when I wear it.
