I received a product without the PDF booklet. In their website it says clearly that the PDF diet booklet is included with bone broth concentrate, multi-impuls 500ml and the missing booklet. I wrote to them but nobody replied. If I knew their customer service is so bad I would have not ordered from them. They keep sending email offers but in reality there a no real discount if you do not have a repeat order. I thought Germans were serious people, but this changed my mind. I do not recommend any product from them because they don't care about people who bought their products. My review is zero but there any no zero points as a selection. This is the last time I will buy from them. I am pretty sure they will never reply to me.

The company didn't include a product in my order, they then resent the product to my old address, I have now been chasing them for weeks, being continually ignored, they have the absolute worst customer service, they think that their customers should not be refunded in case they don't get a refund from DHL, they will not refund me until the case for their mistake is resolved. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and shows the company's true ethos, money. Which is backed up by all the other terrible reviews.

While the product itself is solid, its overpriced, the subscription experience has been one of the worst I’ve dealt with. I requested cancellation twice before an order shipped and was assured it would be stopped — it wasn’t. I was charged, didn’t receive the product, and had to chase them down again. Now they’re deducting part of the refund due to a discount I used months ago, which was never mentioned in the earlier communication.

Completely unprofessional handling. Would not recommend.

Scam. I bought an item for 80 euros and ticked the subscribe button thinking I could later cancel if I didn’t like the product. Impossible! The company REFUSES to cancel saying there is a minimum order of 3 subscriptions. Meaning even after cancelling I would be forced to buy 3 more times at 80 euros each time. Totaling 320 euros! This is NOT clearly mentioned. In fact it is not visible when ordering without clicking a tiny button with a pop up. Also Irem, their customer ”service” rep is horrendous. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was Taking the bone Broth (Konzentrat) for several monthsnand IT really helped my gut. I also Change my Diät, so IT was combination of that. Than i wanted to try the Bio Kollagen, the tast IS really Bad for me but I Mix IT with raw pure cacao and hot water every morning and IT amazing! I have a Feeling I eat less in General and IT gives me boost I Need. I Ordered now 2 more. For me ITS also important that its Grassfed and Bio. Thank you
