No delivery nor delivery date

Ordered the merchandise on April 26th, their website indicates ready to ship within 24-48 hours. Until today's date no delivery (15th of May). Service mails are only sporadically responded to, and always without a response to my request for delivery date.
The tracking link sent goes to some Chinese company, and indicates that shipment information was received April 27th and no further activity.
Not possible to call as phone number has been disconnected.

Update:
The response from JardiOui is shocking – accusing me of being dishonest and stating it’s defamation, when the truth is that the tracking link supplied by themselves proves that NOTHING has been sent. I could show minimum 10 mails requesting a definitive delivery date – never received. So, apart from taking my money, not delivering, we’re now adding false accusations and lies to the list? A company to avoid.

Would not buy again.

I left a review they didn’t like, they threatened me with a defamation lawsuit. I guess that’s about all you need to know. Screenshots of everything just in case .

The product you received corresponds to the description on our website, and we have clearly indicated that some products may be shipped from outside France. Regarding your dissatisfaction, our customer service team offered you two options, including a commercial gesture. When you rejected the offer, we provided you with return instructions on April 30th. However, we have not received any further response from you.

Please note that defamation is punishable by law, and we will not tolerate false statements. We encourage you to contact our customer service for any unresolved issues.

Commercial abuse non compilant website description

Yes the delay to return was exceeded (by 1 day!) but I would never had to use it in the first place if the product was aligned with description. Never mention of plastic in the product description when it is written bamboo! I have screenshot of your website if you want to attack me for defaming.
But I am not the only one on Trustpilot mentioning being to be deceived by this website. It is a shame I did not look for client feedbacks before.

I also note you have a different tone when publicly writing here.

Your last answer by email to me when I said I will use social network to share this very bad experience was :
“Hello Audrey,
First of all, we would ask you to calm down and stop making threats. We remind you that defamation is an offence, and we will not hesitate to take the necessary measures if necessary.
It's important to point out that you've exceeded the deadline for making a return.
We proposed two commercial gestures, which you refused. This only confirms that you have chosen not to cooperate. Too bad for you.
We're putting an end to this exchange.”

I am still willing to find a solution and you would really care for your clients, you will offer a refund in exchange of à product return. Long term business always put client satisfaction first.

The website description is misleading and the product I received was plastic while it was written bambou and rotin in the French description which means wood. I found out a bit too late because the artisan who was supposed to use it brought my attention when he was about to start the work which he could not.
I have sent several e-mails to kindly ask to send back the product and get a refund. They offered first a refund (25%) and after a 15% discount on a future order.
They never denied the fact that the product was not what it suppose to be.
Now I said I will use all means to get my refund, they said I am defaming them. But their website description is an abuse, plastic and wood is not the same. I have all the proofs of my claim.

Worst client service. I will never purchase again on the website, the quality of the product might not be what it is written.
