Modest dress friendly
The dress is so nice, great material and well stitched. Also customer service is hod and helpful. Over all happy with the order just had some issues with tracking it wasn’t accurate but parcel came in time so happy with it.

The condition in which I received the returned item and the way this matter has been handled is ridiculous. The first dress didn’t fit me so I requested a refund with sending the dress back.
After you refused to issue a refund, you insisted that I return the product and clearly stated several times that no further return or exchange claims would be accepted once it was sent back. I complied with your instructions in good faith.
However, upon receiving the parcel, I discovered a large scissor cut through the packaging that also completely cut through the dress inside. The dress is now severely damaged and absolutely unwearable.
This situation is both absurd and unacceptable. Because you explicitly stated that no further claims would be possible, I am now left with a ruined item and no apparent recourse. The damage is so significant that it is impossible to believe it occurred accidentally.

Never receiced my refund and bad quality
Hi guys! I have ordered a top and skirt for 90 euros. After I have received it, I saw the quality is to cry for. I then asked for a refund (you can only e-mail to ask for a refund, its not like normal webshops). So I asked and they were giving me lots of offers, instead of sending it back. So they gave me 55% off and I could keep the set. I aggreed, but I have never received my money back. Seems like a scam.

I made an order for a special occasion…
I made an order for a special occasion dress with JardinVue. The item that I received had nothing to do with the picture, was missing the back lace, although the attachments were there and the lower half was sewn crooked, tilted to the left. This is a problem since it is a plait. This is the second and last item I order from JardinVue. The first one was a black evening dress which came looking like a crossover of a sack and a nun's coat. I could not wear any of them , they were not cheap at all, although the materials were as cheap looking as they come. A total waste of money!

The dress, quality and price is excellent. It would be 100/10 if delivery had been faster. Also tracking the package was very difficult.

The fabric feels elegant and light, almost like crepe, and the craftsmanship is exceptional — every detail is neatly done.
The only downside was the shipping time; it took a bit longer than expected.
However, their customer service was outstanding — they sincerely cared and even refunded half of the amount due to the delay.
I’m extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended! 🌸

CHEAP TACKY MATERIAL, NOT AS DESCRIBED

It was such a cheap material , something you would find on shein. After returning back to POLAND for £15 , I finallyyy received a refund after months of waiting.

I bought a brown dress in size S, and received a red dress in size M or L - I can't check because it didn't have a single tag or an invoice in the parcel to check. When I contacted them, they offered me to get another dress as a replacement and wouldn't issue a refund.
