After many years of continual and hard use, I had a breakage on an arm of the extendable loppers. Jarin-defrance said they would sort a replacement arm and sent a complete set of refurbed loppers.

So much for aftercare!! I sent 11 emails requesting spares. No response!!. I have never encountered such an unprofessional company
10 years ago I bought their garden tree lopper and secateur set. Finally after regular and often hard use, the loppers blade broke. Ordering a replacement was easy and it arrived the next day.
Coincidentally the secateurs spring broke. The original blade is still good. Now here is the thing, they guarantee their small parts for life. Again a replacement spring arrived free.
