I have ordered 3 different supplements- total quantity of supplements-3 and one shampoo, paid 102 euro including delivery and insurance, it took them 2 weeks to compile my order in Japan and several days to send, I was so happy when saw the order shipped! But my joy turned out to be a nightmare! Package went smoothly through the Europe, but in Greece it appeared to have some problems. I am not able to receive the parcel, I have written to Japan With Love several e-mails telling about the problem and asking to help or to refund as delivery agent notified me of returning the package back! Japan with Love ignore me! So, I do not have the supplements and lost 102 euro!

Well, dear friends, that purchase turned out to be a nightmare! After almost 2 months from the moment of purchase, I received my parcel, that was in awful condition,package was damaged, pills seem to be fine. To get the parcel I had to pay additional costs, as you remember I have paid 102 euro, then I needed to visit accountant to fill the solemn declaration ( costed me 30 euro), then visited the special authority to put a seal on it, but that was not enough and I paid additional 80+ euro! So, I see the comment from Japan With Love that they were online helping me- lie! Total lie! You started answering me only after the comment on the Trustpilot and your e-mail were the same that you understand how unhappy I am! That is not the support! That is nothing! I did everything myself! Never again I will buy anything! I have used 2 other Japanese online stores and never faced such problems! Decided to try this shop because prices were a bit lower and paid double, lost time, nerves and right now you are commenting that you were doing everything?! You did nothing!

As clearly noted during checkout and in our store policy, import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
While we understand the frustration caused by the unexpected Customs process, we must emphasize that this issue originated from the local Customs authorities and not from our handling or service. Despite the delays, we’re glad to confirm that your parcel was successfully delivered on June 30th, and we hope the products met your expectations upon arrival.
