The product I purchased was with care, and delivered to me with no issues. I received my package with no damages or anything to concern me. I did have to wait longer than I would had liked to actually receive my package, but I understand that things like this take time. I would use this service again.

Communication with Japan Rabbit was excellent. One of my order items had a piece of clothing and I forgot to specify size, after which a support team member reached out immediately to get that information. The item was from a site that required a login to purchase from, so I'm also appreciative that Japan Rabbit was able to make the purchase. Updates were frequent about progress on each package reaching the warehouse which was very appreciated.

Consolidation of my 6 packages took around a week which was longer than expected, but with the long free storage time it didn't matter in my case. I received the package this afternoon and everything was packaged wonderfully. The bubble wrap was very appreciated on both CD items as well as the figures. It's probably from the extra couple of dollars I paid during checkout and it was very worth it.

Ngl, the best thing I can say is that I got the package, but all the hidden fees, poor communication, not being clear on how long you can hold the items in the warehouse for free, then the way the company they use for shipping DOES NOT CARE about my package. Everything went poorly and it was a miracle that my stuff even got in. It was hard to have confidence in any part of this process.

Used Japan Rabbit multiple times, even when they were still White Rabbit Express. Fees were a bit high, but you're getting what you pay for; fast and reliable service, support, and flexibility. Though there was one instance where I ordered a pair of limited-run glasses, but the order was cancelled due to them "not being able to ship glasses to the U.S," and I missed the buy window as a result. A bit disappointed, but it is what it is. They should update their list of what they can and cannot ship, as glasses tend to be a common category of merchandise, and they were not listed under their "Prohibited Items" page. In summary, good service, but send them an email before buying to avoid surprises like this.
