Atrocious.
I ordered a Mulberry silk mattress topper from Jansons direct Linens and it has honestly made a noticeable difference to my sleep. The topper feels very smooth and breathable — it adds comfort without making the bed overly warm, which was something I was worried about before buying.
The quality seems excellent. The stitching is neat, the material feels genuinely premium, and it fitted the mattress properly without shifting around during the night.
Delivery was quick and the topper was well packaged. I also appreciated that the product matched the description and photos online — no surprises, just a high-quality item.
It’s not a cheap purchase, but it does feel worth the investment, especially if you want a cooler, more comfortable sleep. I’d happily order from Jansons direct Linens again.

Ordered a single bed cover £26.99 never received it , contacted them through there contact page on website and tried to contact them by phone twice , left messages to ring me back

Please stay away from this company. I had received appalling after service. My cushions arrived on time but was not the colour of the image on their website. What I received looked very washed out and faded instead of the Vibrant colour being advertised.
I called and got their answer machine, left a message requesting for a label's return. Got an email asking me how I wanted the label sent,postal or via email. I wrote back requesting email , (as this would be quicker) and nothing.. Nada... zilch... no reply..I emailed again, still nothing.. That was the last I heard of her and the company. In the end after much frustration, I decided to sell the cushions on Facebook and recoupe some of the money back.
Only gave them one star because I couldn't give them 0.

Ordered a quilt, was charged on the 22nd August. Three weeks later no delivery. Have emailed three times, one reply 'looking into it'. Poor coms, not sure now it will ever turn up. Very disappointing
Atrocious customer service, duvet set was ordered on 13/07/25, still not received. I did get a reply to the first e-mail I sent on 27/07/25, said they would get back to me . Still heard nothing, sent a further e-mail but no reply to that one . I have sent another e-mail today asking for full refund but after reading all the other on-line reviews I am not hopeful of receiving my £27.99 back.
After nearly 5 weeks waiting patiently for my duvet cover order I emailed Jansons to ask when it would be delivered. An email next day said that they thought it had been despatched but would look into it. The following week I had still had no update or delivery so I had lost patience and asked for a refund. Another email from them said it would be delivered in a few days -it was, but over 6 weeks after I had paid for it. Extremely poor customer service and I expect that I wouldn't have received anything if I hadn't pestered them.
Ordered on 19 May 2025, and now it is already 31st May and no update. I sent an email and Jane replied that she will check on the order but after that no response or update. I cannot even refund, I paid 32.99 with my credit card. Tried to WhatsApp her, send email, no response!!!

Unlike other reviewers I did receive a product within a week of ordering but not what I actually ordered. Virtually impossible to contact them. There is no way to return or exchange items. I have tried contacting them via every possible means; email, their contact page, phone. I did eventually get a response from someone called Jane who apologised for incorrect item being sent and saying she will try and get an exchange sorted out and asked for information already provided, but nevertheless I provided the information again. Two weeks have passed and yes you guessed it total radio silence.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them .

Absolute scam
Scam, reported to Trading Standards. Purchased a duvet for over £200 two weeks ago. Their website says delivery within 1-2 days. I have not received my purchase yet, nu updates, no answers to my emails, voice messages. I am trying to recoup my money, even if I need to go to court for small claims.
AVOID
I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering,they take your payment and that’s it , they don’t answer the phone or emails,a terrible firm who don’t deserve any business,keep well away from them .
Do not order! Goods never arrived. Money taken and no response from the company. Tried to call, email, left voicemail and even contacted them on their eBay page. Avoid at all costs! Con!
