I had a very nice experience with Jannah Express Ltd. The driver was 5 minutes before the pick up time, the car was neat and clean and the journey was very smooth. I would surely use again their service.
Thank you.

Great service, easy to get in touch with, very professional. Highly recommended.
Jannah expres claim to provide a “.. safe, comfortable, and hassle-free” airport transfer service.
So I booked a return airport transfer service this weekend. Air travel is notoriously fickle and prone to delays. True to form my flight back to London. was delayed by 1:50. However, Jannah Express’ website reassures us that “ Our drivers use the latest technology to monitor traffic and track flight arrivals, ensuring that they arrive on time to pick you up.”…so clearly nothing to worry about right? Wrong! Driver was 30 minutes delayed, but phoned me 3 times to let me know and keep me updated. These things happen, so ok. Once in the taxi driving down the motorway I get a call from Jannah Express telling me that, as I was delayed, their drivers were no longer available so they called someone else which will cost me an extra £20 and could I stop at an atm and get cash. So, as a woman travelling alone at night I now have no idea whose car I am in AND I am being charged for their poor planning AND they have me over a barrel, because I am already halfway to London from Stansted, so there is nothing I can do.
In summary, Jannah Express is a company who has no care for their customers’ safety and penalises customers for the company’s mistakes. Jannah Express are an airport transfer service who are unable to deal with flight delays. Words fail!
