Damaged to my Maserati
Jana transportation picked up my car on 12/20/2025 and delivered it on 12/27/2025. When It arrived, the passenger side rocker panel was scraped and dented along the front passenger door to the rear door. I told the driver I would not sign acceptance for the car unless I could note the damage on the release document. The driver would not let me make any changes to the Bill of Laden and after going back and forward about the damage he said was already on the car he called his manager. His manager threatens to have my car impounded until I sign the acceptance document. I had my wife make a video of me signing the acceptance document and clearly stating I was signing under duress. Jana transportation has denied the damage and refuses to pay for the repairs. Tempus logix ( the third party contracted to ship my car) has removed Jana transportation from there list of approved carriers.
