Bad quality
I ordered two boneless Iberico ham but the size isn't the same and one of them is bad quality with white dots, also without vacuum packing. No worth it. See photos.

Has anyone had this experience? I order the reasonably priced rioja only to be told that it is sold out but I can have the expensive rioja. With the 12.5% service charge this amounts to about £10 extra. Is this a policy as it has happened to me in Belsize park and Camden!! Other than this rip off, the food is quite good. It's a shame that this seems to be their policy.
Really bad experience.
The service was awful. We asked for an ashtray and were told they had none so 'just throw your cigarette butts on the floor'. Ok, fair enough.
We ordered. The food was average (although pretty expensive), the service unbelievable.
After waiting for like 40 minutes, the girl comes back to us to take the order again, as 'we had a mess in the kitchen'. We ordered again, the food arrived other 30 minutes later. We asked for the croquettes we got spinach+mushrooms instead. The tortilla never arrived. We asked for it again and it finally arrived when we were ready for the dessert. Waiting for our food, we ordered a couple of drinks, one never arrived. Empty plates and glasses would pile up on the table as no one ever cleared the table. We asked for the coffee, the coffee machine was broken.
At the end of the evening, the manager asked like 5 times whether we were happy or not. We weren't but we didn't want to ruin the evening for ourselves so we kept quiet. After paying, however, (£110 bill for mistaken dishes and bland tapas) we realised we'd been overcharged: TWICE for the tortilla + one drink no one had ever ordered (in fact one of our drinks was actually never served and wasn't nearly as expensive as the one we were charged for). We pointed that out and mentioned how bad the service had been.
The reaction of the guy was OUTRAGEOUS. 'You are being very rude, you can't tell me that, what is your job? Do you ever make mistakes? You don't know how long it takes to prepare a tortilla! You were here for 4 hours (!!! £110 bill and you tell me I should have left sooner?!) and you don't know how it works in tapas places, clearing tables is not expected! (What?! I lived in Spain and had plenty of tapas in my life, that sounds really new to me). All that raising his voice and being aggressive.
We asked for his name: Juan, apparently. I don't believe him though, he refused to speak Spanish, he didn't have a striking Spanish accent and told us his name with a very confrontational attitude (as it was clear we wanted to complain about him). I think he just lied to us using the most common Spanish name he could think of.
I truly believe the company should do something about this guy, it was perhaps the worst experience I've ever had.
My wife & i have used this company for nearly a year now and have enjoyed the prompt (usually next day) service and delicious produce directly from Spain.
Try their produce as i'm sure you won't be disappointed .
We love our tapa but even now after being Spoilt by Pablo and the Jamon Company have to be careful we get the same quality when back in Spain. This weekend we are off to Seville , but we are just as happy when eating Pablo's produce here in England.
It also saves the problem of coming through customs with a Jamon at airports and is around the same price.
try this company if you enjoy the taste of Spain , second to non.
kind regards Tony Whelan
I love Spanish food and jamon in particular. Jamoncompany is a good source to indulge myself in London with spanish food:) Bellota ham and chorizo they sell are excellent and the olive oil is fantastic. Promt delivery. Highly recommended.
The best Jamon I've been able to get in the UK!!!
Really is the real deal, the same delicious and complex flavours as the Jamon I've had in Spain. So much better than the pre-packed Jamon available in supermarkets and even delis that you can't even compare them. Prices are great also.
Delivery was quick and I had no problems.
My husband and I travel a lot to Spain, and we love spanish foods!
Jamon company is a great way to get our spanish products locally sourced and deliver to our doors in no time!
So we can prolonge those spanish tapas nights!!
Their ham bellota is excellent and the one I strongly recommend.
In Jamon company you can buy the best spanish products at the best prices. Directly imported from Spain, with a next day delivery.
Now you can make the original "tapas" at home and be the perfect host!
